Wonders of Britain and Ireland Apr 2025. Would have preferred included dinners to have more local cuisine. The traditional farmhouse meal was perfect. Also more to-go coffee cups at breakfast would be appreciated. Otherwise 5/5 for accommodation. Our trafalgar team (tour director and drivers get 6 out of 5!!) Packed a lot into two weeks. A good balance of organized your time and free time (or optional excursions). Rather than optional excursions we tend to prefer exploring on our own and meeting up with locals in cafes and pubs. Our tour director *personal information removed by Feefo* was fabulous, calm attitude, consistently cheery, and a wealth of knowledge, with some good Dad jokes. She gets a 11/10. Our drivers *personal information removed by Feefo* were courteous, always felt in good hands, and the bus was impeccable. Only issue was we are novice travellers and wish we had of known before our trip began about all the tipping expectations, to plan total total costs and have much more cash on hand. Just completed our first cruise a few months before this trip and gratuities were much more obvious before we travelled.

Great customer service! Unfortunately we became ill and had to stay behind and catch up with the group 4 days later but our guide coordinated with *personal information removed by Feefo* guest coordinator in London who helped us reconnect with our group. He was very helpful helping us navigate how and where to catch up. It was perfect combination of riding, walking tours and free time. Our guide was outstanding in her knowledge and history of the area was presented with humor sprinkled in. We feel our guide really worked hard to give us THE best experience possible and we are totally dedicated fans of Trafalgar.

Wonders of Britian and Ireland. Trafalgar Tour 2025 Future clients need to know of Trafalgar's efficient organisation, friendly staff, great accommodation and finding such places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Trafalgar 'Wonders of Britain and Ireland' tour. The accommodation was great, the great skills of your team to have everything so on time, organised, informed, guides at each stoppage were great. Altogether a great tour. *Personal information removed by Feefo* (tour guide) was outstanding with her organising and knowledge of places we were to visit. The bus drivers also were friendly and helpful. The only down side was it was a bit rushed and at the last few days, felt a little rushed and going to places that didn't take long to visit and then a heap of free time that could have been filled with seeing other places. It was a trip that we as a couple could never have organised so well and would have missed a lot of great places to visit. Thanks again for having us on board! *Personal information removed by Feefo* & *Personal information removed by Feefo*

Wonderful service. The service is wonderful both our TD and drivers were fantastic. Highly rate them all. Hi there, I thought another day in Scotland would have been better. Maybe gone to Glasgow and then combined the last 2 days in the UK together. The last 2 days were a wee bit of a disappointment compared to the first part of the trip. Our TD *Personal information removed by Feefo* was wonderful she is so knowledgeable and really knows her stuff.

Great itinerary Great TD. We enjoyed most every hotel we stayed at. Would prefer a fridge in our room for medical supplies... is that something we need to request? Overall we had a wonderful time. We are looking at other itineraries. But I have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a meet and greet at the first dinner. To state our names and where we are from etc. so it doesn't take a week to know everyone's name. I thought the first and last day were very confusing. We didn't have clear direction where to go and where to meet and what the plan was. I wish we had more information about the additional events prior to booking them like where, what, and menus. Some menus we would have passed on.

Excellent Tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo*. We truly felt like she wanted the best for us. Pretty good variety of sites and experiences. This was the first tour of this type that we have done. Very satisfied with the way they took care of our luggage and dropped us close to the attractions. The only thing I thought was a little wrong was the fact that to truly experience the towns or cities we visited, you had to pay the optional experience cost. When you read the brochure, it sounds like you are going to see the highlights of that region and I feel like if we hadn't done the optional things we really would not have seen them. I realize you can't please everybody. It's just a feeling I had. Won't keep me from doing another Trafalgar tour, but now I realize how important it is to do the optional experiences.

Overall itinerary was good. Choices for included dinners could have been better. Service in some took way too long, even though meals were chosen ahead of time.
