Wonderful tour company for a wonderful vacation! Trafalgar's service was wonderful. From the time we arrived at the airport, all throughout the trip and to the final day when we were heading to security at the departure gate on our last day, the Trafalgar team and their service was top notch. We never had to worry about any of the small details that can sometimes cause stress during a vacation. All we had to do was relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the trip. Our tour director, Ramadan, was well versed in Egyptian history and was personable and a joy to tour with. He enhanced the trip greatly with his knowledge, friendliness, and wit. The itinerary allowed us time to see the sites that I had always wanted to see in Egypt. It is a bit rushed but that is to be expected when you want to see thousands of years of history in just a couple of weeks. The travel arrangements were well done and efficient. The coaches, hotel, and cruise ship was comfortable.

A bucket list place for sure. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. From the pick up for the airport to dropping us back, could not ask for better services. Due to the heat of the day. You may have some early morning starts but definitely worth the early starts. But you are back mid afternoon to chill out and relax with a cold drink around the swimming pools.

Great service particularly at the Cairo airport. Helped us get the Visa quickly upon arrival. Walked us through the airport on departure. Explained the Adonis and helped us make the best selections for our money. This was a once in a lifetime trip to see all the amazing wonders of Egypt. Learned so much about Egyptian culture, history, the ancient gods and the pharaohs.

Safe and protected. Easy to follow, felt safe and protected every step of the way. Jam packed, very busy. Need more time to see venues but other than that we felt comfortable in the coach.

Wonders of Egypt. Trafalgar always gives a great experience in our tours. The travel directors are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We always feel safe traveling with them. I have a wonderful time in the Nile cruise, our travel director was excellent and drivers. Everything was very well organized. Although, the lunches provided outside the cruise and hotel need to be improved. The optional trip to Alexandria was a disappointment, we spent 1:30 min picking up people from different hotels, the museum is under construction, no lights, no ac and the lunch provided was not well cooked.

Amazing experience with challenges. This is a fantastic trip. Highly recommended. The Nile River portion is wonderful with great services and comfortable facilities. The land portion is interesting but a challenge with the unfortunate part of the pollution and the problems in a big city may bring. Well- planned, good coordination and motivated, knowledgeable and funny tour guide Ramadan.

Wonderful "Wonders of Ancient Egypt" . We had a very small group (4 couples) and an excellent trip director. The trip provider (Spring Tours) gave us good service (personal help at the airport including walking us through all the airport check points.) The travel director was very knowledgeable (PHD candidate for the exact trip we took). He was always available to give us personal assistance. Probably the best travel director we have had in the last several years. Everything went very smoothly and there was no waiting between attractions. Where time permitted, the travel director added another site.

Wonders of Ancient Egypt! Trafalgar always goes above expectations. Egypt has been a dream since I was a child and this trip was simply amazing. The heat was overcome by planning and water. Our director/guide, Walid, was simply amazing. With his double Masters degrees, he made both ancient and modern history of Egypt come alive. The cruise was enchanting. The ship was a little older but the staff went above and beyond to make everyone have a great time. Waking up and seeing the passing banks of the Nile will Iive with me for years. Just wonderful every step of the way.

Great service at all levels, just wish flight arrangements were a bit better. Regarding the individuals actually on the trip from tour guide to individuals who made sure our accommodations were welcoming and well kept it would have been a 5. I reduced the overall rating due to the difficulties with the flights. There were changes and the sitting arrangements that were at one point dropped. On the return we almost missed the connecting flight as the allowed time was so narrow and our first leg was late... Excellent itinerary, although we are wondering if we should have chosen fewer days on the riverboat, as while the down time was appreciated, it all came at the same time, leaving us feeling as if we needed more to do/see.

GREAT TRIP!!! Everything from the instant, we were picked up until we were dropped off was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Trafalgar's Egypt trip to anyone. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone involved with the trip was great. I hope that everyone in all of Trafalgar's trips have had the same rewarding experience as we did! The trip is a little costly but everything was taken care of.

My recent trip to Egypt was absolutely one of the best tours I have ever been on. Everyday was so well-planned, every detail was taken care of. Our guide was an expert and made each day so special for us. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone wanting to experience the magic of Egypt! Each day was planned to be busy but also have down time. Our hotel in Cairo was nice, centrally located with good restaurants. I especially liked the Nile Cruise. Our room was spacious and comfortable - great air conditioning! The service was outstanding and we enjoyed the wonderful meals they provided. All transportation was very good.

Egypt - land of discovery. The Travel Director, Mohamed was exceptional! The coach drivers deserve recognition too since driving in Egypt is an adventure all its own. The boat was dated and the food was ok. Presentation and service was excellent though. I was somewhat surprised that water was only available at lunch and dinner (not breakfast) and limited to less than 1 bottle per person. Getting information ahead of time was difficult as the representative on the phone said pre-tours are not available, boat that we would be on is not determined ahead of time, camel and hot air balloon rides would not be offered; but all this ended up not being true when we got there, it was a pleasant surprise that we could do all of it for an additional charge. Too bad they didn't let up book the pre-tour with the trip that had just ended; we had already booked with a private tour company. The hotel was under construction so the elevators were quite limiting and exceptionally slow. The rooms were ok though. The itinerary kept us busy all morning with time to explore or relax all afternoon except the days we had full day tours. The massage was excellent and had flexible availability. Wish we hadn't been moored next to other boats every day so we could have opened our drapes to enjoy the view.

A trip well taking in a life time. The trip was very well organized by Trafalgar and the tour Director. I enjoyed the sites visited and the cruise on the Nile River. The cabin on the the ship, MS Medea, was spacious and comfortable, although a little old. I learned more about the history of ancient Egypt and came to admire the wisdom and hard work of the ancient Egyptians. All in all, it was a wonderful trip. I bought some papyrus pictures and some souvenirs. I will treasure them for a long time.
