Our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic even though we know she’s seen the sites many times. She encouraged everyone to enjoy each location and learn the historical significance of each. She made travel time fun with trivia, music and games. On Day 1, she knew everyone’s name which was impressive. We loved not having to arrange our transportation, admission or ticket fees, being able to see local areas of interest we would never have found on our own. We chose this itinerary as it hit all the places we wanted to see. We can now choose what we’d like to see more in-depth later.

Our guide, Kim Chaulk, was great; knowledgeable, likable and fun. We really enjoyed her. She worked very hard and did a lot of extra things that made the trip more fun. We recommend her highly. The driver and coach were also top drawer. I thought the rooms could have been a little better in a couple locations but they were adequate. The itinerary was very good. Optional excursions were also very good. Really enjoyed Fenway and Dunes ride. Wish we could have done Fenway and JFK library. There was one day (Day 6) where we spent a lot of time on the coach or ferry. But all in all a really good trip.

Best customer service I’ve been exposed to and I was in the customer service business for thirty years. It is everything it describes in the brochure and much more. Hotels where great. Both the travel director and the bus driver were the absolute best we have ever encountered in all our tours. They were the best informed, most enthusiastic and entertaining pair we have had the pleasure of being around. The tour director went out of his way to make our tour memorable and made us feel like family. He even sent us a slideshow of everything we saw on the tour afterwards—wow!

It's a really good itinerary for touring the Cape. Knowledgable tour director including a few local guides. Jam packed with interesting places. Only one day was scheduled too tight with not enough time to get to Newport RI in time to eat dinner at the hotel. The hotels selected were ok, only two were really first rate.

Insights provides average service for high-end tours. Emails are too lengthy and repetitive. They need to be better organized and shorter. Insights should send out emails at least one week in advance with full itinerary. And not wait till the last minute. Destinations are excellent. We were very fortunate to have good weather at all destinations. Hotels are good, but not superior. There are few hotels in the area for alternatives. The Hyatt hotel in Boston is unacceptable. Although the buffet was good, the location is very difficult and the hotel itself is old and CD. There are many other hotels from which to choose and insights should choose one of them instead of the Hyatt.

This was my first insight tour. I really enjoyed the hotels and meals provided. Our tour guide was most knowledgeable. She had such a cheerful spirit everyday. This was a fun trip. There is a nice balance of time for sightseeing and shopping, meandering. It was an enjoyable trip.

Hotel in Sandwich was poor and not up to standards. VERY DISSAPOINTED in not getting to Nantucket, The day was a looser. Not your fault but we all should get a refund. I certainly expect one. The driver and guide were good. Some hotels are not up to standards ie Sandwich Very disappointed Ferry was down and did not get to Nantucket . The day was a disaster even though they tried. I am due a refund because the tour was one day less than indicated. Not your fault but we suffered and your costs were less Also suggest 2 nights on Martha's Vineyard. The tour of Boston Harbour should be dropped.

Yes. Great itinerary. Good choice of hotels except the hotel in Sandwich . Very old , and smelly. Very poor service . Also you should improve the breakfast menu . More variety and we didn’t even have bread in one of the hotels. It was not up to the insight vacation standards. Very disappointed.
