Well done *Personal information removed by Feefo*. Trafalgar's service is well structured and if managed well by the tour director runs well. Luckily on this tour we had a Tour Director who did a fantastic job. ThankyouVery comprehensive. Our tour director "*Personal information removed by Feefo*" from Brisbane Australia did an excellent job and really made the trip. *Personal information removed by Feefo*.

The travel director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and two drivers are very professional. All hotels are exceptional with snow mountain and lake views. Trafalgar should keep the original itinerary that is to start from Zurich and end in Zurich, not like now to start from Vienna.

The secret to an amazing Trafalgar tour. This trip was one of our best because of the concern, care and knowledge of our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He made our bus drive interesting by giving us the history, points of interest and explained what each town was all about. The man was a walking “google!” He was patient and concerned about everyone of us. He made us feel like we were all family. This trip was the best we have taken because of our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*. From day one he knew how to bring us all together. He was always proactive by keeping us informed on what to expect and where to find it. The long bus rides would have been awful if it wasn't for his knowledge of the history and lay of the land. He made it a point to always show us the interesting facts of where we were. He took 39 people and brought us together as "one big happy family. would definitely take another Trafalgar tour if I knew he was our guide.

Austria/Switzerland tour highly recommended. Everything went according to plan and was well organised. Great tour guide and drivers with fabulous local tour guides. We had a wonderful time on our Austria/Switzerland tour. *Personal information removed by Feefo* is an excellent tour guide who has an amazing amount of local knowledge and is very well organised. The excursions were well thought out and I especially loved the tour of the bell foundry. Thank you Trafalgar we would be very happy to travel with you again.

Everything about this trip went beyond my expectations. The bus was amazing to ride in. Smooth, quiet, like gliding on the highway. The driver was the best! I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful the scenery was in both Switzerland and Austria. A must see. The package we purchased in itself was wonderful but we purchased some extra options for sightseeing and these put the icing on the cake. We were taken to places I know we would have never experienced if we had not gone with Trafalgar. But the main reason we had such a wonderful time was because of our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*. She treated us like family. Besides doing her job, she always did lots of extras to add to the trip. Daily she kept us entertained with stories, treats, laughter, music and loads of background history and information. Thanks so much *Personal information removed by Feefo* *Personal information removed by Feefo*.

Really fun, lots of history & information about everyday life, great restaurants, hotels, music, treats, telling us what to expect. It's excellent!

Trusted Customer   -  Traveled, October 2024

It was a very good trip. I personally felt that they had to many optional tours. Some of those optional experiences should have been apart of the itinerary. I also felt that too much emphasis was.placed on how much we should trip the guide and drivers a day. This should be left to the individual. The tour guide was very knowledgeable The bus was very good with all those mountain roads. Love the location of the hotels and the accommodations. The bus should have had Trafalgar on it. I purchased two light weight coats and scarfs. Love the items.

The itinerary is good it’s the options and hotel accommodations are mediocre. Some of the options were not worth it. Hotel selections were low standard or quality.
