Have already written about this. Some of the accommodation was not up to scratch considering that Insight was meant to be a step up from Trafalgar tours eg. Lillehammer, Upsala, Leiranger Tour director spent too much time early on in the tour focusing on how travellers were going to get to the airport at the end of the tour sometimes to the detriment of pointing out various places or scenery that we were travelling through. Tour director also spent too much time talking about places we were going to be visiting some days ahead instead of what we were going to be doing that day or the next day. Was confusing at times...other travellers commented on the same thing. Some days the travelling was just too much....arriving at the destination too late. Visiting the cider attraction probably not worth it... Farm visit was omitted which we were disappointed about.

We did not encounter any issues with the tour, but we saw that took care of everything and the entire experience was seamless and pleasant. Norway was the best part of the trip. The itinerary for the trip was good, but the optional tours were not very exciting and if we had it to do over we probably would have skipped most of the options (we did all of them). The two bus drivers were outstanding and the tour director was also very good.

Our tour director, carried out his responsibilities well and used his knowledge in technology to good use for the group. The coach captain hope I spelt his name correctly and apology if it is incorrect) was a safe and good driver who knows his roads very well and courteous. Kudos to both of them. Discovery the beauty of the Scandinavia in a well paced daily road travel.

Our trip to Scandinavia was wonderful. Our tour director was terrific. He is very knowledgeable, has great people skills, and went out of his way to make sure that everyone was happy. Our driver was very professional and skillful. The itinerary was great, and the optional experiences were very worthwhile. Scandinavia is a beautiful part of the world, and I would recommend this trip wholeheartedly to anyone. It was great! I wish there was more time in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, but that would make the trip too long.

Although there was a lot of driving, we could not have seen as much of the countries without doing it that way. Our tour guide was excellent. The hotels were very good too. We did need to ask for fans in some locations. The bus was very comfortable and the drivers very safe.
