Trafalgar have a handle on what's required for an enjoyable bus tour. Very happy with the brand new bus and driver. Tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very experienced and did so much work behind the scenes to make the tour enjoyable. If problems arise with accommodation or road closures etc. she always had a plan B to sort it out. This Itinerary was perfect and included a great tour guide and bus driver. Very informative tour for learning about the Scandinavian people, history and culture.

Guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and Driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* know their stuff - professional service with a good sense of humour and fun - made the holiday! This is the Scandinavia you cannot see you on your own - through Denmark, Norway & Sweden you have a guided tour of the must-see places as well as the hidden gems that only those with experience can showcase for you.

Superb introduction to Scandinavia cultures, natural environment sceneries. It is a hectic journey capturing various places through Denmark, Norway & Sweden. Would be better if it could be split into two journeys. In this manner, ample time would be available for guests to enjoy admiring sceneries at reasonable time, capturing memories in photos & video as well. So far, our Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*did a fantastic job of entertaining us throughout the journey with humors, history & others assistance whenever we needed it. Great opportunity to admire various scenic places of glaciers, mountains, fjords, local culture & even past Viking establishments.

Don’t go to Lillehammer, add the day to Oslo. The tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and the bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were excellent. The service was good, with exception of a poor hotel at Leikanger. The itinerary could be perfect if the unneeded day at Lillehammer was added to Oslo. There is no need to waste a day in Lillehammer, there is nothing to do or see at that place. That day should be added to Oslo.

Beautiful Experiences in Beautiful Places. Tour leader *Personal information removed by Feefo* was knowledgeable and entertaining which added to the fun and enhanced the experience. Excellent Combination of Cities and smaller towns. Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm all worth the time and visit, as well as the beautiful fjords. Taking time to hike or explore on our own made the trip even more special and uniquely "ours". Optional Excursions all seemed to be good picks and enhanced the experience for those who prefer group activities as well.

The tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo*. was simply amazing. We have taken several Trafalgar tours, and Tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo* has been the best so far, cannot say enough good things about him. The driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was great as well. One thing I'd like to note is that children under the age of 7 should not be allowed, it creates too much noise and distraction.

Spectacular Scandinavian Tour Second to none in service. Nothing too much trouble. All issues (of which there almost none) quickly resolved. My wife and I are on a 3 month Round The World trip which will include 5 coach tours. The “Scandinavia and its Fjords” was the second tour. To say we were astounded is a gross understatement. The entire experience was superb from start to finish - the magnificent sites and experiences were second to none; in particular, Norway was stunning. What topped it off was the utter professionalism yet approachability of our tour director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*). He was a marvel; a human encyclopaedia full of facts presented in an interesting and engaging way. Nothing was too much trouble for him when requested. The only slight downside was the one night stay in what we would consider substandard accommodation for Trafalgar in Norway although we understand it was unavoidable given the geography. Overall, thoroughly recommend this coach tour.

The itinerary was quite well planned with most days starting and finishing in planned time. We have taken 5 bus tours (4 Trafalgar) and the Director is of extreme importance to your enjoyment. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was an excellent Director. He made everything , he did look easy. A true Professional. Hotels were fine, breakfasts excellent. guests were all on time (no one had to sing or dance). I cannot say enough about our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*. he was terrific both as a driver and a person. (try to parallel park a bus) He did it daily. Thank you Trafalgar. Oh, by the way Trafalgar is better than Insight.

Trafalgar’s Scandinavia tour is a great way to see this part of Europe. Trafalgar picks fine hotels, and eating venues in addition to getting you in and out of the most popular attractions before the crowds become unbearable. The Scandinavia and Fjords trip was a scenic extravaganza from Copenhagen to Norway to Stockholm. My wife and I enjoyed the bus, ferry and walking tours through the big cities and beautiful countryside. Those in our tour group we fun to dine and sightsee with, our bus driver was great and our Tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo* kept us entertained and informed throughout our 14 days.

Super Scandinavia! I felt we were well taken care and our hotels and restaurants were very good. The trip fully met my expectations thanks to Trafalgar’s staff accompanying us. Great tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* made this a great educational and entertaining trip. We saw so many wonderful places, learning detail and history about each. Enjoyed meeting our fellow travelers. Our excellent driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* gave us a sense of safety even on those hairpin mountain roads so we could focus on the spectacular scenery.
