Rome and Tuscan Highlights. The service was professional and everything I could I of asked for. I feel safe and taken care of. This was my first trip to Europe. My friend and I very much enjoyed our trip to Rome and Tuscany. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our trip director was amazing! She was very personable, fun and educated us during our journey. Then provided us with local specialists for more information on each stop, including St. Peter's Basilaca Renaissance Florence, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano. In addition to the rich history of Italy we experienced the Tuscan lifestyle through food, wine and a cooking class. All and all we had a wonderful time!

Our Guide Ramono was excellent. I did not like that we had to eat dinner as a group at one table. With Covid the way it is it is easy to get sick. My wife and a friend we were with on this trip both came down with Covid when we got home. The tour to see the Sistine Chapel was a major disappointment on all levels. The lack of respect from the people who entered the chapel talked loudly and just pushed right through you. The employees at the Sistine Chapel just herded you in like cattle plus you were not allowed to take pictures inside the chapel. The hotel Columbia was awful. Our room was on the 4th floor and the restaurant was on the 5th floor. From the early morning till late at night we heard the moving of tables and chairs, it was like a party was going on up there. If you have a bad back like I do and you don't like a hard mattress then you might not want to stay at this particular hotel. The welcome dinner was not that impressive at all.

By staying in one place and driving to the diferent sights there was way too much time spent driving to and from with very little time to see. Example by the time we got to Siena, used the toilets and got a Gelato it was time to go back to the bus to go to the next place. The hotel Columbia rooms left something to be desired. Very small and dark. We were very disappointed in the tour itself but our tour director Ramano and driver were very good.

This was my first trip to Italy. All in all is was excellent. Everything was excellent I already rated the hotel Columbia. The Hotel Midas Palace was good except for the breakfast rush was chaos. The staff didn't seem to be able to handle a large crowd I passed on eating, just grabbed some fruit. Too crowded! I enjoyed the tour. There were several long drives in beautiful country The bus driver , *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was extraordinary and the bus tour director was also excellent The Hotel Columbia was terrible in my opinion. The fresh fruit was abundant in the markets but there wasn't any on the breakfast table. Guests were buying fresh fruit. The rooms were small. The elevator was tiny and noisy and rattling. No Kleenex tissue. I used toilet tissue to blow my nose. The area was close to attractions, nice restaurants and shops.

Beautiful Tuscany! Exceptional service from beginning to end. The itinerary was meticulously planned and designed to maximize the first-time traveler's time in Italy. I was particularly impressed with our travel team, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the director, and *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver. Both went above and beyond to make us feel at home. *Personal information removed by Feefo* knowledge of Italian history, architecture, and culture is vast and made the trip that much more meaningful and enjoyable. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the ultimate professional, and we always felt safe and secure knowing he was behind the wheel. In addition, each of our local tour guides were passionate, humorous, and fun. Kudos to them all! Montecatini Terme was a lovely central location which afforded us the opportunity to see much of central Tuscany. The Hotel Columbia in Montecatini was adequate, at best. Our room was extremely small and cramped, but fortunately we spent very little time there. There's lot of walking on uneven surfaces as well as standing in lines, so make sure to bring at least one pair of super-comfortable walking shoes. The optional tours were fantastic. Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Vinci and Cinque Terre are not to be missed. At no time did we feel any pressure to sign up for the optionals, but are so glad we did. The meals at the agriturismo and vineyard were two of my favorite parts of the trip. The cooking class at Tre Pini was a blast, too, and it was fun to cook with the other members of the tour. All in all, a first-rate experience! Highly recommend!

Spectacular Italy! Lived up to our expectations. Rome is an inspiring city. So much history and unbelievable sculptures and paintings. Being able to do day trips from a set location - *Personal information removed by Feefo* was fantastic. One time to unpack and then enjoy. Florence, Pisa, Vinci, Luca, and the Cinque Terra were excellent day visits. So much to see. Every place had its own unique character. Many of the local guides *Personal information removed by Feefo* in Luca and Vinci and Monia truly made our visit special.

Excellent experience! *Personal information removed by Feefo* our tour guide was excellent. Every detail is taken care of. Experiences we had we could have NEVER done on our own. They have the expertise and contacts. We could just relax and enjoy. In my opinion the level of difficulty was moderate to high for the rigorous sightseeing.
