Contiki is a New Zealand-based tour company that caters to 18 to 35-year-olds, offering over 350 different tours in over 75 countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.[1] It is a subsidiary of The Travel Corporation. Its tours historically had a reputation for partying;[2][3] however, it also operates wellness trips culturally immersive experiences that focus less on alcohol, which are more popular with Generation Z.[4] The company owns lodging facilities in Europe, including the Chateau De Cruix, a 16th century castle in the Beaujolais wine region, and the Gasthof Schoneck in the Austrian Tyrol. The name "Contiki" comes from the portmanteau 'Con' from the word 'Continent' and 'Tiki'; from the Māori referring to the first man, often symbolised as a pendant known as hei-tiki. It can also be attributed to the New Zealand slang 'Tiki-tour' describing taking a longer route to a destination in order to explore.[5]

The booking experience was simple and straightforward. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* made sure that the trip went smoothly, and that we were prepared for each day. The only critique that we have is that it would have been helpful to have access to the itinerary prior to leaving. Many of the major sites and features of each city require admission, so it would have been easier to plan out our free time knowing what was included with the group and what wasn't. (Including the FTAs.) This trip was our honeymoon trip and we had a wonderful time! *Personal information removed by Feefo*and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were fantastic and always accommodating. It was a good taste of Europe and we felt we had ample time to see all the major sites and try some local food.

The trip was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The accommodation was great, although Norway was a bit better than Denmark and Sweden. Overall, I had a great time, and the trip manager, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was a sweetheart. He was knowledgeable and quite helpful.

Booked online - reached out through chat with inquiry about single occupancy and the chat team member helped me book quickly and easily. Amazing trip! Fun and knowledgeable trip manage (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) and local guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a gem. The trip had a good mix of free time and included activities/add-ons. Partly due to the size of the country, but enjoyed that not too much time was spent in transit between locations, so more time to explore at the destinations. Highly recommend!

I booked it online, took 2 seconds and our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* sent through everything I needed to know before I arrived. Super easy and simple. I had the best time! We got really lucky getting *Personal information removed by Feefo* as our tour guide. I don't think the trip would have run as smoothly without her. Everything was planned perfectly and she went out of her way to answer any and all questions and helping organise external activities in our down time as well. The group itself was one of the best I've ever toured with and we all got along so well. Greece itself was as beautiful and freedom filling as I thought it would be but it was all made better for the people I was with. The hotels were a giant bonus and all the extra activities we did were well worth it. Couldn't recommend anything higher .

The trip was amazing- relaxing while still seeing plenty! It was a good balance of culture/cute towns & wine tasting. Also, don't skip out on the leather belt making in Florence, Ihad a blast doing that! Our trip manager *Personal information removed by Feefo* was absolutely amazing & we also had the best dressed coach driver in all of Italy *Personal information removed by Feefo*. It was also nice to stay in one hotel for the majority of the trip. It made it so that we could really 'unpack' & really soak in the Tuscan lifestyle.

I had an amazing time - it was such a wonderful experience, far exceeding my expectations. I met some great people and made memories I'll treasure for a long time. I loved the variety of places we visited - a mix of well-known tourist spots and hidden gems off the beaten track. We saw a lot, but the pace never felt rushed, and we had time to ourselves as well, which was really nice. Our bus driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was fantastic always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our tour manager, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was excellent. I was genuinely impressed with how well he managed such a large group and how he remembered all our names. His knowledge and passion for Italy made every destination feel even more special. I loved the extra insights he shared and how clearly proud he was of his country it made the whole experience more meaningful. On a personal note, I was quite nervous about this trip. I have coeliac disease and had never travelled without my family before. The risk of cross-contamination is always a big worry, especially abroad, where it could have serious consequences. But *Personal information removed by Feefo* was incredibly supportive from start to finish. He consistently made sure the staff at extra activities were aware of my dietary needs so I could eat safely alongside everyone else. That level of care and reassurance meant the world to me it truly made the trip extra special. It was also the little things that stood out - like when *Personal information removed by Feefo* noticed I couldn't eat the sweets on the bus and got gluten-free ones so I could join in. Going that extra mile made all the difference. In short, I had the best time. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were amazing, and if I could do it all again, I absolutely would!
