Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There were a couple of small hiccups, nothing is perfect, but our guide and our driver did a fantastic job of making the experience fun and meaningful. The only thing I would flag is that the group size is a bit large - we were 46 - which can sometimes make for slower travel. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful!

Trip was very good, managed to see all of the top tourist attractions in 8 days. Trafalger tour guide was terrific. Only criticisms were the Tower Hotel room desperately needed an update and the London traffic was horrendous causing us to spend needless hours on the tour bus in and out of London.

This was my first tour, and I enjoyed every second of it. The itinerary was excellent, saw everything that I had hoped to see, and there was plenty of free time to explore on my own. It was wonderful to have the Oyster card [for bus and tube]. The hotel was very nice, newly renovated, and located right across from Hyde Park, wonderful for walks in the early morning or evening. Our tour director, Ellie, was extremely organized, and was excellent at providing background and history as we drove through the city, and at the venues. She was also very helpful in providing ideas for places to explore on our free time, and would help with any questions we had. If people needed directions for places they wanted to see on their own, she would print them out. The tour guides [specialists] at some of the venues were also excellent, as was our bus driver, Dave. I left feeling like I had really done more than I would have thought possible in 8 days! London is a lovely city, tourist-friendly, and rich in culture and history. I would love to go again!

Carolyn Pope. Tour guide and bus driving was incredibly good. On time, amazing driving by *Personal information removed by Feefo*....spectacular dinners. We would never have been able to do all the things on the tour by ourselves....and having those option days and items to chose from was just the best idea....each of us had a special event to always remember. Thank you so much and I would certainly recommend Trafalgar and would love to tour with you again.

Trusted Customer   -  Traveled, March 2024

I thought the getting to and from the hotel was pretty easy and that *Personal information removed by Feefo* was helpful. At times, it seems she didn't know a ton about the area, such as suggesting where to eat or giving an incorrect estimate on how long it would take to get somewhere (such as saying it would be 10 minutes of walking when it was closer to 30). Overall, I liked Trafalgar and it was fine! I enjoyed a lot about my experience. I liked our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. While she was very friendly, I did feel that there were missed opportunities, such as when we were driving around, for her to add to the experience and tell us more about what we were seeing. I liked the excursions we went on! My only biggest issue was that, for the Tower of London, there was an issue with the tickets so we had to leave and come back - as a result, we did not have a guide, which made the experience feel lesser. The guides we did have on the tours that included them - such as Oxford, St. Paul's, and Westminster - were great! The biggest let down for me was the very strange exclusive club we went to. It had taxidermied animals everywhere and had a secretive, almost creepy vibe. I liked the food but the restaurant was kind of dirty (stains on the seating) and then had the animals everywhere. Overall, this was a positive trip for me! Just a few things to tweak!

Our 50th Anniversary Tour of London! Customer Experience Tour manager, bus driver and special tour guides were fantastic! Thank you and shout out to *Personal information removed by Feefo*,*Personal information removed by Feefo*,*Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo*: Well Done! Be prepared for lots of walking and lots of steep terrain to navigate. If you are mobility impaired or at the very least not in particularly good shape this tour is not for you. I rely on a cane to get around and even using a cane proved difficult at times I enjoyed seeing all the historic sites and buildings that have been preserved through the centuries but this tour is definitely not for anyone with mobility concerns.

Karen Clemons   -  Traveled, June 2024

The planned day trips were much too far a drive for what little we saw. The Cotswold was merely a drive thru and not a visit as implied in the itinerary. Many things were not as advertised-quite a disappointment.
