Tour director and driver were an excellent team. They always did their best to complete our itinerary. Our driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was a complete professional. Seeing the Crown Jewels was a great experience. Crossing the English channel by ferry to reach France was memorable. Nothing beats seeing the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe in person! Amazing!!

Another Bucket List Item Checked! Although it didn't affect our great experience, I do believe more emphasis should be placed on the amount of walking required to get from A to B. Parking for large busses is very limited and sometimes added extra walking distance. I'm sure we're not the only ones who experience a few folks who get sick or have some mishap when traveling. But *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were there at the ready every single time! Never flustered, always pleasant and attentive. They made the voyage worth every pound sterling and euro spent!

This itinerary requires moderate walking and stairs. A sightseeing tour that requires moderate energy. You will embrace the heart and soul of both these cities. Trafalgar has the best drivers and directors. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* went above and beyond.

Fabulous London/Paris Trip! My husband and I loved this trip. From the bus, the fabulous bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our AMAZING tour Director *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the great hotels, the excursions, and the restaurants! First class all the way! What I wish I did was ask questions before the trip. None of us on the trip realized we weren’t actually going in the Eiffel Tower. Had I known before arrival we would have booked it on our own. To many of us, that was one of the major highlights. One other disappointment , mentioned by many, was the farewell dinner. The restaurant was from 1686 and stunning! What we didn’t love was the rude wait staff!!! We understand they needed to get us out in 90 minutes , but they were actually rude! Tossing plates down like they were feeding the homeless!! We were all appalled! Complaining they had too many of one appetizer and that we weren’t taking what we ordered. Shocking.we all left annoyed at them but happy with our dinners and the beauty of the historic restaurant. What made the night was *Personal information removed by Feefo* and her spirit snd great personality. Handing out hats to us repeat guests and we received macaroons for our 22nd anniversary that was the last night. So fun and appreciated. And the Riffel tower keychains were a nice touch! Too bad we all walked out saying what rude staff and we felt like we were speed eating! They were taking our plates away when we were still eating! This was very rude! We paid good money to be there and we were treated like they were doing us a favor. *Personal information removed by Feefo* did an excellent job leading us all around, and making sure we all knew what to expect each day, The Whats ap was a great way to communicate and keep us all updated daily, She had an amazing amount of history knowledge with great detail too! Driving to each destination was like a history class along the way. She made sure we kept on schedule with breaks and departure times so that we we kept up our daily agenda. Very hard to keep a bus of 38 people happy all the time and we all said she did an amazing job. Plus she was so helpful and FUN! Would love to join her tour again. The Tower Hotel was a great location! I had a view of the bridge! Didn’t care that the tv kept turning off in many of our rooms! Ha ha. The Marriott wasn’t as convenient but worth it as it was near a train . Loved the Marriott hotel! It was top notch and had a wonderful breakfast. Every excursion was worth it and glad they were offered. Montemontre had less painters than I expected but worth it for the churches and the amazing view, We had a drawing done since I was our anniversary. Monet’s house and garden was one of our favorite add-ons! Amazing!! *Personal information removed by Feefo* the driver was great as well. How he managed to get that huge bus through such narrow streets! He was pleasant and helpful with info. My husband *Personal information removed by Feefo* and I enjoyed talking to him. He was funny and helpful and very patient when we hit traffic as there was a landslide one day. Roads were being closed at least twice, and a 20 minute trip to Moulin Rouge took 85 minutes. He was always pleasant! A trip of a lifetime with a great Director, driver, and tour group! Looking forward to the next trip! *Personal information removed by Feefo*

London and Paris Explorer. Tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent, personable, and aimed to please. Very active tour. Due to Olympic preparations there was extra traffic, construction and crowds in Paris. Loved London and hotel proximity to the walking bridge.

London/Paris Explorer 2024. Top notch service and attention to detail. Tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* were excellent under at times challenging conditions. Unfortunately traffic changes related to the upcoming Olympics in Paris resulted in at times a hectic pace to be on time for some of the optional experiences. Glad we took the trip.

Great tour director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) as she communicated effectively. She also ensured that everyone has a great tour. Choice of sightseeing sites were great. The provided dinners were wonderful, good local small business restaurants and taste of the local cuisine. Hotel accommodations were varied. One was good and the other marginal. One airport to hotel service was not at the airport upon arrival and had to find their own way to the hotel. The departure service was on time, professional and excellent.

1- Issue at both hotels no air conditioning. Also TV not working first night in Paris. Bathtub in London was an accident waiting to happen. Last morning we had a 7 am departure no provision for coffee as we left. 2- Been on lots of other guided tours, this one had many optional excursions which were pretty pricey. 3- Breakfast at both hotels was very good. 4- Tour guide knowledgeable but did not make any effort to eat meals with us. 5-Bus drives were excellent given the amount of traffic in both London and Paris.

The Travel Director was great. The bus was comfortable except for the many people who were coughing. I got sick the 2nd day in France and weeks later I am still sick. My fever and cough turned into pnuemonia which is taking a long time to recovery from. Basically, I thought everything was too crowded and we spent too much time on the bus.
