Overall, recommend the destinations and activities (game drives, Canyon boat tour, Cape Town tours). But I'd recommend booking directly with hotels and tour guides and take out Intrepid - the non-responsive middleman. With 4 free days and 2 travel days on an 11-day trip, didn't get much value from using Intrepid vs. if I planned/booked things myself. Was extremely disappointed with lack of info, ie. which Kruger hotel we'd stay at, time of transports, Joburg to Cape Town flight info, etc. Didn't get a detailed itinerary with times until AFTER the trip started and I had made numerous requests. Game drives were great, but went to Satara rest stop three times in two days, would be nice to see a different area of Kruger Park. Day 4 Panorama route was not an option, but the Blyde Canyon boat tour was great! On Day 5 drive we did stop at Three Rondavels View Point. In Cape Town, had a 1-hour driving tour of the city, but not a 3-hour walking tour.
