My 2024 Italy tour was amazing, #ablackgirlinitaly ?????? Great service from beginning to end. This was my second travel experience with Trafalgar and I would book again. Amazing itinerary and set up. I really felt like I was able to experience a lot of Italy in the 12 days. The experience was rich with history but didn't feel jam packed. I do wish that we had more time at certain locations and certain stops but I know we were on a schedule. *Personal information removed by Feefo* did an amazing job and always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was always prompt and I felt safe. Even with a group as large as 45 it never felt overwhelming. Be my guest was a highlight along with the Ravello tour, Murano glass stop and the Burano restaurant that food was soo good.. The dinner on the coast overlooking the water was magnificent as well as the two dinners with live performances those were great because it kept us engaged. Almafi, Lake Como, Florence and Rome are at the top of my list. Venice was also amazing but it rained for two days.. There are so many highlights for me I don't think there's enough space to list them all. I'm still on cloud 9 and have already recommended to family and friends. The trip was well worth it and I have a lifetime of memories. ??????

Top notch travel! Every communication was met with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our driver on the tour, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was a gentleman with a great sense of humour. Our tour director, was great, however; emphasized the evaluative surveys too much. Local guides were very knowledgeable. Shared great info in interesting ways. It's full days with a lot of walking required. Some spots are full of steep inclines and stairs. This is not a criticism, just a fact. There were people in our group for whom this was difficult. I think a front load of this info in the tour description would be helpful.

Amazing and memorable trip! Top notch no request was a problem, felt safe at all times, coach was clean and stocked with water. Wonderful trip beginning in Lake Maggiore amazing. Loved the extra nights included, would have liked even more time on Amalfi Coast, maybe 15 nights itinerary would have been ideal. Great Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, knowledgeable, our bus driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo* who drove so smoothly. Recommend this itinerary and I will be back again soon for Sicily!

A must-do tour! I was mostly happy with the service provided by Trafalgar including the itinerary and TD, however, disappointed by some hotel rooms offered. Our itinerary was superbly led and organized. Our TD *Personal information removed by Feefo* was outstanding and an expert on local culture, food, historical and archaeological sites. Together with the bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo*, they ensured our journey was an absolute success! Questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Five-star treatment all the way!
