I Love Italy! If all the tour guides are as wonderful as *Personal information removed by Feefo*, they will see to EVERYTHING, seamlessly! Our itinerary was great. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, a couple of our optional trips could not take place. Our tour guide. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, worked very quickly to offer an alternate tour. The cancellations couldn't be helped, so, although disappointing, the alternatives were very good. Most were weather related. *Personal information removed by Feefo* worked very hard to see to every detail of our trip. Next trip will be wherever *Personal information removed by Feefo* is the tour guide for!! He was excellent, in everyway...and did it all with a smile. Trafalgar can thank *Personal information removed by Feefo* for the excellent rating!!!!

The tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent in guiding us , making sure we are all ok , and was very good on adjusting our itinerary due to the weather and making sure that we were still able to see all the places listed on the itinerary. She even went with us to the airport and showed us where to check in, making sure everything is OK. Our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was excellent in maneuvering the huge coach thru the heavy traffic, hills, curves, and keeping us safe. It was great. The schedule might be a little hectic.

Lovely Trip! The service is good, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was outstanding, funny, knowledgeable and Friendly. You see a lot of places in a short amount of time, your up early and at it for a full day. Think the tour should start in the Amalfi coast then head north. I know they cram a lot of things to do but I feel we don’t get to spend enough time at some of the places. I believe the trip is too expensive for what you get, a few of the optional experience should be included in the tour.

Limoncello the right way. Great tour guide and bus driver. Very organized and informative. Hotels were great. Great trip. Loved the optional excursions. Only 28 people in our group which was just the right amount. I feel any larger of a group would be too large to enjoy. We lucked out.

Italian Concerto. It was impeccable. Handled all the transfers to bus and hotel. Overall a great experience. The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. He welcomed any questions. Local specialists enthusiastic and passionate about their subject . Optional dinners were excellent. Change the location of the Rome hotel to be closer to Vatican or other Roman sites.

Group was too big, (40+). Too many early starts. Optional experiences at significant additional charge were sometimes the only itinerary item.

The tour guide and drivers were excellent. The beds in the hotels were like sleeping on a child’s box spring no mattress. Not acceptable for a four star rating. The hotel in Rome was off the beaten path so taxis were expensive. The breakfasts were great at each hotel. The included suppers was a mixture of good and not so good. The last supper in Venice was three pieces of tough stew meat. I did not agree with the extra tipping for each walking tour. I had paid more than the six dollars and four dollars for tipping on the trip yet they still wanted more tips. We paid for the extra for the optional tours and I don’t believe I needed to tip.
