*Personal information removed by Feefo* was a fantastic tour guide. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a fairly comprehensive itinerary covering the majority of sights people would be interested in.

Cead Mile Failte -One Hundred Thousand Welcomes is what I experienced. Every thing has been organized for you with some amazing places to see of beautiful Ireland. Trafalgar know Ireland and the best places to go. The accommodation was lovely food delicious and places we visited were wonderful. Loved the shopping too. he tour gave us a quick visit around the Republic of Ireland, and I feel confident if I should come back, I'd be able to find my way around. The tour took us to some amazing places. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing and gave us a lot of relevant information about Ireland and each place we were to visit. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was also helpful with any other concerns or questions we may have had and constantly spoke to us one on one. I thought this was thoughtful and discrete. The extra places we visited were amazing and I'm glad I did them all. We needed help at the end of the tour getting to Belfast and she was able to do this for us. She is a well-spoken and a pleasant person the trip was most enjoyable because of her leadership and working relationship she had with our driver. Her instructions were clear. Pick up times were always clearly mentioned, and our itinerary was always posted on What's App for us with plenty of time to see what the day's events would be. This was very helpful if we wanted to check what was coming up next. We were encouraged to request songs to be played which she obliged. Along with *Personal information removed by Feefo* our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a wonderful safe driver. I was amazed with his driving especially backing the bus in tight situations. I'd be happy to recommend this trip to everyone. I think *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were a big factor in the success of this trip. The group on the tour mixed really well and we had a huge range of ages. Many of us are still using the What's App to communicate with each other I think that says a lot. I am not a very good traveller and do suffer from motion sickness. I did not feel this at all perhaps it was down to *Personal information removed by Feefo* driving the rotation of seats (I mainly sat at the front of the bus and didn't get allocated to the back now that may have been a different story) or the not so long distances between each place.

Top Notch Service - Even when challenges arise! Our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very professional! We had a mechanical issue with our coach and *Personal information removed by Feefo* was on the phone immediately to secure backup transportation to get us to our next destination. Within 1 hour we were on the backup coach and on to our next destination. I was impressed with Trafalgar's service and efficiency, even when challenges arose!! Great experience! Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable of all the areas visited. I would highly recommend the Irish Highlights Tour for travelers that have not been to the Republic of Ireland before.

The trip was great, but during it I was injured on the bus by a flying metal object. There was no first aid kit in the bus and I had to wait for medical care. It ruined a couple of days of this short trip. The pain lasted a couple of weeks.

We enjoyed our first trip to Ireland with a nice mix of people. It would have been helpful to have some sense of the start times and free times and scheduled itinerary for the week; rather than checking for a piece of paper at the elevator each morning. Hotels varied in quality with Killarney and Dublin being a bit better than say Waterford. Local guides varied in quality. The guide at the Cliffs did not keep the group together and earpieces were not working, so we were on our own. The tour guide at Waterford Factory was a bit disappointing. The visit to the pub and hurling lesson was fun and lighthearted. The castle at Bunratty was touristy, yet there was no time for photos - however the dancers and musicians were entertaining and talented. Ring of Kerry was beautiful! Appreciated the trip to the Dunbrody Ship. The last dinner with the Irish Chef at the Culinary school was a highlight as she exuded the warmth and charm people the Irish are known for. This is a 7 day trip and keeps a good pace to hit the highlights. (We added all the optional events. ) So prepare for a bracing bus ride through the countryside, and keep In mind the trip will be what you choose to make of it.

Some of the paid experiences weren’t very good. Would have preferred to spend more time in Dublin with a chance to see the Guinness warehouse and theGaol. The tour guide was excellent as was the driver. The time at Catherine Fulvios house was exceptional. The worst thing was that Gillian said she’d been sick for a couple of weeks. We don’t know if she had Covid, but the 4 of us came home with it. Sandra apparently got it first because she was noticeably sick the last few days. The rest of us are in the process of dealing with it. Don’t think we’ll be using Trafalgar again.
