Fantastic experience. Excellent communication. Easy to talk to your staff in person and on the phone. Fantastic trip. Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and Driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing. We saw so many sights and received so much information on where we were going that day and the sights to be seen. Would definitely do another tour in the future.

In term of service, Trafalgar and Holiday Tours (which I went through) were excellent. They were patient and addressed all my questions and changes . Information ( like currency , clothings etc )were send out way ahead of the tour. In general, the tour was average.. Tour guide was good.. no complaints . But I do feel that there were too many optional tours (where we have to pay) No doubt it was listed in the program , so was also partly my fault for not having gone through it thoroughly. Planning could have been better. For eg., on the morning we were driving back to Munich, those who did not pay for the optional tour just waited at the hotel. The optional tours also had an increase in price compared with what was quoted when we booked. The hotels and (provided) meals were good and I have no complaints on that.

Beautiful Imperial cities. This trip covers places and areas that a Danube cruise would not. And, we were on the Danube for a dinner crisis and could see the Danube many times. In Budapest, our hotel was directly across the Danube from the magnificent parliament building. We drove into the Bavarian alps to view the Eagles Nest. And we were there during “spargle season” so I got to eat white asparagus to my hearts content. The food and dinner venues were great giving all a chance to taste local dishes. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was an excellent tour manager and he had a great sense of humor. The driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing as he maneuver the coach in tight spaces. We had the right balance of “on the move” and free time. The cities we visited were unbelievably magnificent. It was the week before Easter. I enjoyed the Easter markets and got the Krtek I was looking for. The local guides were well chosen and augmented the history I had researched before going. Great trip. Would travel with *Personal information removed by Feefo* again.

Met and exceeded our expectations! We were able to visit our heritage homelands. We were delighted that we were able to see such interesting and historical sites. The entertainment did not disappoint. Our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* went up and beyond what a traditional guide would do, including special gifts for our anniversary celebration. I would highly recommend this tour, however, make sure you bring your energy level up a notch as this trip is not for the weary! ?? I would totally recommend the “Imperial Europe” tour.

Interesting, Scenic and Charming Imperial Europe. Our driver was friendly and had excellent driving skills. Our guide was informative and efficient. He sometimes came off as dismissive when questions were asked - couldn't quite tell if that was intentional or meant to be sarcastic. Overall though I think he was effective at dealing with our large group and had nice little surprise treats in each city. Great itinerary with more cities with 2 nights vs other Trafalgar trips. Imperial Europe was interesting and beautiful. Budapest was my favorite part of the trip. Some hotels were far outside of city center so that wasn't great.

Truly enjoyed myself. I want to return soon. Our group was fortunate to have *Personal information removed by Feefo*as our tour director. He recorded all our experiences than posted it for us to share with family and friends. The trip itself was excellent; the architecture, the scenery and the food were all amazing. I also liked the day trips into the quaint little towns along the road. I was so inspired by this trip that I'm already planning my next adventure.
