Improvement! Organized & everything’s well- arranged. Being well taken care of at all times, tour agent & local guides were excellent in telling us history of Spain’s & Portugal’s castles & churches wherever we went! Hotels were satisfied, daily schedules well arranged except optional dinner was a bit over priced.

Had a great time exploring Spain and Portugal. The itinerary was fantastic although there were an overwhelming number of optional excursions. Many of these optional excursions should have been included in the base itinerary, specifically those involving sightseeing. Some of the highlights of the trip occurred on these optional excursions, specifically the tour of the Alcazar in Seville, the day trip to the Royal place in Sintra and the day trip to Segovia. Also a few of the guided tours felt rushed and could have used some additional time spent there such as in Toledo and Cadiz. The hotels were above average and for the most part centrally located. However some of the included dinners were in the fair to average range. We did spend quite a bit of time on the bus getting from place to place but not unexpected if one carefully studied the trip details beforehand. The coach was new, clean and comfortable with more than adequate breaks between cities. Our driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* did an exemplary job. Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was beyond excellent, as good as we have had on an escorted tour. Extremely helpful and informative along with a great sense of humor. I rated this tour generously at a “5”, I felt a “4” rating would have been a little too harsh. More likely a “4.5” would have been more appropriate. The excellent job by *Personal information removed by Feefo* our tour guide pushed it into the “5” category. This was our first tour with Trafalgar and it compared favorably with other travel companies we have used. We definitely would not hesitate to use Trafalgar in the future.

Our trip was excellent!! We met lovely people from all over the world! The trip is very busy and free time is limited especially if you choose to go on the optional activities. Be sure to pick up souvenirs as you move along. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on the day of our Be Our Guest day. We were welcomed into see the Lusitania horses and then into their home for a delicious lunch. We were treated with such love. The father and his son even sang to us in Portuguese! That evening we celebrated at our hotel with our group!! Such a special way to celebrate!! Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best! He taught so much about the history of these beautiful countries, would sing to us, play games with us, read to us and just made the bus rides so enjoyable! Our tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* kept us safe and could get that bus into the tightest places! We made lifelong friends! Our hotels were lovely, clean and classy! It was a trip to remember! My only regret is that we only had an hour at Fátima but just another reason to go back!

Highlights of Spain and Portugal *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver, and *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our TD, were a joy to meet. Always concerned about safety and our enjoyment! Service was impeccable! Fast paced and full of history, landscapes and new friends. Our TD, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was completely organized and saw to it that everyone was having a good time as well. He went beyond the ordinary by meeting a couple of travelers’ needs and saw to it that they were well taken care of! Seeing a doctor, providing, additional transportation and directions for some special requests, and overall, making this trip the best for everyone! The only suggestion on the itinerary I would have is to make the visit to Alhambra and Alcazar on separate days. For me, both on the same day was. Castle overload.

Had a very good time & enjoyed thoroughly. Excellent & well- planned. Some of the hotels had no tea machines which is a must in this day & age. Hotel in Lisbon was not to Trafalgar standards. The Tour Guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* & driver were excellent & deserve full praise.

It was a very busy schedule so make sure your fit for it, but well worth the early starts! We saw many wonderful places I would never have seen on my own. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a great guide! Everything ran smoothly, and had a great time.

*Personal information removed by Feefo* was an amazing director who repeatedly went over and above in caring for guests. His patience and skill in “managing” the more demanding travellers, and his outstanding efforts and understanding for one guest who was a crime victim were outstanding. The sights were pretty good too…

Fun in the sun. Well- organized and selection of hotels and venues. Good opportunity to see and experience areas of Spain and Portugal I had not seen before. Cover a lot of territory 4000Km in 13 days. Tour guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was fantastic and made our trip very enjoyable, entertaining and made us feel very safe. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Our bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* was also fantastic. Local tour guides in different cities added their knowledge explaining some of the history of the city and site.
