*Personal information removed by Feefo*, the tour director, made this experience 5 star. He alone was worth the cost of the trip. His organizational skills, knowledge of the places we visited, and calm manner smoothed over any issues that may have cropped up along the way. His sidekick *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the bus driver, allowed us to traverse incredibly difficult roads with joy. The sites we visited were truly encompassing of Italy. If I knew *Personal information removed by Feefo* schedule I would book with him in a nanosecond.

*Personal information removed by Feefo* are quite a superior team! Once again…*Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were superstars. They made sure that my sister and I were comfortable and safe every step of the way. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were the consummate team. Tyson’s expert guidance and *Personal information removed by Feefo* superior driving skills were beyond anything I have experienced. My sister and I were challenged and those gentlemen made certain that we felt included and cared-for. I cannot express enough thanks for this trip. Every detail was well - planned and executed.

Great First Trip with Trafalgar and a terrific tour of Italy! The service was exceptional, the tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was fantastic and *Personal information removed by Feefo* our bus driver was the best! Great first trip like this one for me! Hard to imagine they could all be this good. I thought it was super! Not a lot of down, you stay extremely busy, which is what I like. We had a fantastic tour guide in *Personal information removed by Feefo*! He was really good, organized, extremely knowledgeable, patient with all of us and so kind! We also had the best bus driver in *Personal information removed by Feefo*! (My spelling of his name may be wrong). On the excursions we loved them and had great guide specialist! Only a couple was it hard sometimes for me (not speaking for everybody) hard to understand clearly because of the strong dialect. But my hearing isn’t the greatest! It was my first tour trip like this and I thoroughly enjoyed it! A great first experience!

A wonderful trip! It was very comprehensive. We felt well-taken care of, from the buses, to the hotels and meals, etc. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing, and so organized. We always knew our schedule and what was next. Really appreciated his suggestions for things to do, or places to eat. And directions to those things, and also back to the meeting spot! It covers a lot of ground, so lots of bus rides, but that's what we expected. Saw lots of the beautiful countryside. Enjoyed the highlights of every city, and then some.

Beautiful Sicily. The service was great from our airport pick up to transport back after the tour. This was our 6th Trafalgar tour so we've come to rely on this good service. This was a wonderful tour! We loved visiting ancient ruins, the old cities, Mt. Etna and the dinners with locals were fabulous. The tour director was well organized and his sense of humor was appreciated by all. We gained a great insight into the Sicilian culture including the Sicilian immigration into US. Unlike mainland Italy, most of the tourist you overheard were speaking Italian and crowds were easily managed. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour was well- planned and the director was great. Our bus driver and Travel Director *personal information removed by Feefo* were excellent. The hotel showers were very slippery and dangerous. It would be nice if some tours cater to slower people. Local guides were good but hard to understand.
