Fun, fun and more fun!! Everything was very well organized. We always knew what we were doing. Plenty of bathroom breaks!! This was an unbelievable trip packed with many stops and a great itinerary. *Personal details removed by Feefo* our tour guide was so knowledgeable about all our stops as well as points of interest on our way. He gave us lots of surprises and kept the whole trip very interesting. Can't wait for my next trip.

Always outstanding. Covers a lot of ground and information in a relatively short period of time. We did think that some of the hotels were not quite up to Trafalgar's high standards. Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was outstanding, very personable, full of interesting details, and our driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was excellent.

5 Epic National Park Tour Vacation with Trafalgar - FIVE STARS!! This was our 2nd Trafalgar guided trip vacation, the first being in 2019 when we went to Hawaii. They took such GREAT CARE of us on that trip that we booked this 2nd trip with them to see the 5 U.S. National Parks, which only reinforced and confirmed how much they took care of us. We've even booked our 3rd Trafalgar adventure for 2025, going on the Best of Italy guided tour! FANTASTIC trip!! What a GREAT way to visit 5 of our country's most spectacular national parks! From the moment we met as a group in Jackson, WY, to our departure in Las Vegas, NV, Trafalgar took excellent care of all of us on the tour. The Tour Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was very knowledgeable about the parks and the areas our coach traveled as well as very entertaining. In addition, our motor coach was extremely clean and comfortable, no doubt the baby of our coach driver, Floyd, who drove us over 1,800 miles from start to finish, though it didn't seem that long on the road with all of our stops and the seeing the beauty of the five U.S. National Parks we visited - the Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon.

Trusted Customer   -  Traveled, July 2024

Five Epic, Extraordinary, Dramatic, Spectacular National Parks. Excellent. Driver was kind, professional, stayed focused on the road, placed the coach easily in difficult parking locations, and knew when to stop for interesting events; for example, a "bison jam" that stopped traffic for half a mile. *Personal details removed by Feefo* is an excellent teacher, guide, and story-teller.. After boarding, he reviewed our plan for the day, describing what we would experience, the approximate times, and played music to introduce us to the day's theme. In late afternoon, he displayed the next days' activities on our TV screen and then passed the whiteboard to us so we could photograph it. Very helpful when trying to remember what we did two day' prior and what time we had to board the coach. The days were long and hot. Wakeup was about 6:00 am (We late-night people had a rough time!), but, our day overflowed with dramatic, extraordinary sights and experiences I will never forget. Awesome Trip! Our guide made the trip very special. His command of the history, geography, and vivid descriptions of what we were viewing any why it is important were delivered in a fun, interesting manner. I did NOT get bored :>) The music selected by *Personal details removed by Feefo* was fun, nostalgic, upbeat and "singable". Great way to nudge us awake and start a fun day! The frequent stops, 1.5 - 2 hours were perfect. Just enough time to stretch our legs and sometimes, enough time to visit the ranger station and visitor centers. Mountains were awesome! I wish the trip was 2 days longer so that we could stay in Zion, (Arches), and Yellowstone another day. Maybe we could get permission to treck down Zion to walk through the arches and tunnels? Con: the Jackson Hole hotel had very small rooms; when opening the door, you stepped into the bathroom. The carpet was filthy and the air conditioning filters were disgusting. Clouds of dust and debris were thrust into the room all night. (We figured out how to turn it off the next morning.) I am sensitive to air-borne dust/pollen and awoke with a massive allergy attack. I know the location is convenient, but could you require them to clean our rooms "super clean"?

The additional cost to me to eat a healthy breakfast, snacks and other meals, and the additional cost for traveling as a single is going to force me to look at other tour groups for my next vacation. ID farm was a disappointment since it wasn’t farm to table and choice of food from truck was cheap food.

Awesome National Parks and More. The service was over the top. Most of the hotels were nice. The coach ride was great. The tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* provided us with so many informative videos before and after each stop. We had ample time in every stop. The 5 epic national parks was a unique experience full of gorgeous views. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was enthusiastic and informative. The music and videos enhanced our daily visits. The snake river float and tram ride in Jackson Hole provided immersing us in a nature float and 360 views of the areas. The landscapes in every national park were so different and absolutely gorgeous. We saw bison, elk and many other wildlife. We visited Salt Lake City and went inside the Mormon Tabernacle. We visited a farm in Idaho and toured the farm and ate lunch there as well. Each hotel was within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Awesome experience full of so many memories. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our driver, was great too.

By only asking two questions, you are handcuffing me. I am giving you this rating only to be sure you realize what a poor choice The 49er Inn was. It is so far below your reputation. Good thing we started there instead of the other way around. Also, consider including a "recommended" evening meal location with transportation. The customer would still be on their own for the cost and could decide whether they wanted to go to that restaurant or not. Considering the demographic audience, it would be good to have a safe option.
