Unforgettable Memories.*Personal information removed by Feefo* was an excellent bus driver and kept his bus clean and welcoming. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was attentive to the special needs of my fellow travelers and made the journey pleasant and fun. Our tour director *Personal information removed by Feefo* was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. I loved all the information I learned.

I would recommend this trip. Please note some comments made previously. Excellent from beginning to end. Never had a question about transfers or where to meet. The highlights tour was wonderful, however a little intense. The main "highlight" of the tour was our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept time moving along on the bus. Germany was beautiful. I enjoyed the cuckoo clock factory, especially since my parents were there years ago and brought back one of the clocks. "Be Our Guest" dinner was great fun. My husband found the cherry schnapps se had in Germany when he was in the Navy...he was a happy man! Switzerland was beautiful!!!. The trip up the mountain on the ski lift was breathtaking. The visit to the Swiss countryside was a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. The owner of the farm was welcoming and it was interesting to learn some ways of the farm. Also the cheese fondue and samples were delicious. The folklore evening, including yodeling and horn blowing reminded me of my childhood. Being of German heritage, my parent and I used to go to Schuetzen Park which had similar activities. My husband and I agreed that Paris is a beautiful city. I could have done without the cabaret, but I thought since we were in Paris , I would go with the flow. The Eurostar made me wish mass transportation was like that in the states, there would be less cars and less traffic! I also think some Americans could take lessons from the English on how to respectful and polite! For us there were only a couple negative on the tour. We wish there was a way to break up the 7 hour trip from Switzerland to Paris. That trip was a little much. We also would have liked some suggestions as to things to do in Amsterdam. Arriving at 0730 after not sleeping all night was very difficult. I there were some specific places suggested it may have been easier to deal with feeling exhausted. Given "free time" to wander around a country we are not familiar with was overwhelming, especially being so tired Our only disappointment was Versailles. The gardens are too massive to go see in the time given. As a matter of fact, my husband and I had to use to restrooms and they were so far out of the way, the time was over by the time we made it back. In hindsight, we would have preferred going to the Louvre. Overall we had a wonderful time. We would just want people to know that it is as intense as it sounds! Also I would have done a little more research as the things to do in the different countries. Thanks, Jim and Joann My thanks to *Personal information removed by Feefo* for making my first trip to Europe a memorable one! Joann.

Excellent, knowledgeable, awesome personality that is how I would describe *Personal information removed by Feefo*! Safe, never once was I nervous regarding the transportation. *Personal information removed by Feefo* is an excellent driver, personable and took care of us. My disappointment lies with the Mercure Hotel in Germany. The elevator wasn’t working, the hotel cleanliness was sub par, food for breakfast was fair.

Trusted Customer   -  Traveled, May 2024

Too many activities crammed into a single trip, leaving no time to breath and smell the roses. We take a tour to relax, not to have to act as if we are in boot camp. Also, the actual itinerary differed from the one advertised. The itinerary spoke of "Cross the solid wooden Chapel Bridge, visit the solemn Lion Monument ..." as part of the trip. It was only offered as an optional excursion. In Paris, the itinerary said "Indulge in a free evening to explore the grand boulevards of the French capital.' That did not happen. An optional excursion in Paris was supposed to be "Montparnasse and Napoleon's Tomb," which included climbing the Eifel tower. That was not offered. The optional excursion "Seine Cruise and Paris Illuminations" did not happen, despite having paid 47 Euros per person for it (we were reimbursed 17 Euros per person for it). Compared to our previous experiences with Trafalgar, we were disappointed.
