Trafalgar provides a first class experience. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, both with Trafalgar’s travel plans and at all of our stops. Everyone seemed genuinely pleased to see us and treated us as we were their first customers. Trafalgar has a great reputation with we travelers and the people and places we visited. This trip was an excellent opportunity to view many traditional highlights of Europe from a wonderful evening Canal Cruise in Amsterdam to a beautiful afternoon cruise on The Rhine, a facinating journey through The Black Forest, a quick visit to historic Heidelberg a two night rest in Lucerne Switzerland where some of us experienced glorious Mountain View’s and ending in Glorious Paris. Our wonderful guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* made sure everything ran.smoothly, gave us wonderful cultural and historical insights and was a friendly skilled leader. Thank you.

Love the experience. Great and well prepared. It’s my first time going to Europe and first time joining a tour with Trafalgar. I really enjoyed the 7-day European Highlights tour. My tour guide is *Personal information removed by Feefo* and she’s great. Very knowledgeable and always well prepared. She always prepped us with a bit of a history and a video presentation in advance, which is very nice. I’d go with them again and hope to get *Personal information removed by Feefo* again as well.

European highlights fall 2024. Outstanding customer service. I had a medical episode while on this trip, and I could not have asked for better care. Our tour guide was excellent, the activities were lined up. Well, the meals were good, all in all it was an excellent experience.

It was a great trip, Sarah was just wonderful. Probably spent more time on the coach than I would have liked. The experiences were wonderful..

It was a nice trip, however for me it did feel a little rushed. Also, a couple of places that were booked for the tour dinner seemed a little understaffed. They may have been new places so I’m not sure if that’s normal. Tour guides were very good and extremely knowledgeable. Overall we were happy with the trip.

I wish we had one more day in Paris. Sarah was the best. Caring, attentive to details, really good service. It was short, but we enjoyed every bit of it.

Not happy! Poor service and no regard to personal choice on menus. Too hurried. We got tickets for the garden show at Versailles, but didn’t get to see it due to being rushed out for the bus. Very disappointing.

Tour leader and driver were marvellous. The rest was “meh”. The tour leader and the driver were top notch. Although the itinerary states 2 days in Switz and 2 days in Paris you really only have 1 day due to late aft or early evening arrival time.

Trafalgar is affordable, but its Return Police is not humane. The Trafalgar is affordable, and I will chose it again for the travels, and I will definitely recommend it to others, but, I will also tell them to pay attention to their return Policy, which is not the best, because it doesn't take in consideration some special circumstances that hold them back from takin g a tour. One will lose 80% of the cost if something unexpected happens before the trip. The Director of the tour, *************, made this experience lovely.
