Informative. Well organized. The service is good. The team is very friendly and very professional. Good job! The trip is good we'll organized. However, the extra adhoc trips should be part of your advertisement. So to speak, the trip should be all inclusive.

It was a great way to get a taste of each country in a short amount of time. This allows me the opportunity to learn which places I would like to visit in the future to spend more time or just enjoy and appreciate the highlights in this short visit. We met great people in the group too. Our driver, Luc, was kind, helpful and got us to each location safely. Our tour director, MJ, handled all of the arrangements and took such good care of us down to the smallest details to ensure we were happy! She was amazing! I’m already looking at other tours!

Memorable. No complaints. Customer service was good. Booking, information provided, updates, etc were timely. Itinerary was well planned out for covering such a large area and number of countries. Parts of the road trips were long, but worth it.

Fun, entertaining tour with great optional experiences. Tour guide did a great job keeping us informed and organized. The guide was very knowledgeable in the locations being visited, and gave us good recommendations. The bus and hotels were very clean and well maintained. Very busy tour schedule - so a great use of your investment. Travel and departure times fit the needs to see of each of the destinations.

European Splendours. It’s so nice to have your tour director have everything arranged, a private coach, the portering, and also dealing with tickets and entries and several of the meals. It’s so nice to not have to be the one arranging it and just focus on seeing the sites. It was an amazing trip and I’d recommend it to anyone. It is chock full of activities and never a boring moment. Seeing a range of different countries and culture in which a short period of time was a lot, but it was awesome.

Too hurried. We got tickets for the garden show at Versailles, but didn’t get to see it due to being rushed out for the bus. Very disappointing.

Lacked side trip options. Expected options such as Ann Frank house, Eiffel Tower and Louve excursions.

We did the European Highlights, the hotel rooms in Switzerland where we stayed in did not have air conditioning, we were not able to sleep well. In Germany the air conditioning was not working well.
