Safe, never once was I nervous regarding the transportation. *Personal information removed by Feefo* is an excellent driver, personable and took care of us. My disappointment lies with the Mercure Hotel in Germany. The elevator wasn’t working, the hotel cleanliness was sub par, food for breakfast was fair.

Itinerary was excellent. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our guide is exceptional in his knowledge of the areas we were travelling in. *Personal information removed by Feefo* our bus driver was amazing and I felt very safe at all times. I saw a lot, learned a lot and experienced events I never dreamed I would get to do such as ascending a mountain 1900 meters high in an outside gondola surrounded by absolute peace and tranquility.
