*Personal information removed by Feefo*, our Tour Director, took great care of us and kept us right on schedule. He was friendly, funny and highly organized. The parks are all magnificent! Insight had us staying at high quality hotels, including ones inside the national parks. The provided food was all excellent and always included wine or other alcoholic drinks. Due to covering 1,000 miles in 7 days, breakfasts were very early. Although we are not morning people, we adjusted quickly. The tour director and driver were both wonderful. I highly recommend this tour!

The hotels were all excellent with great service and excellent breakfast choices!! Great bus driver and tour guide! Our tour guide gave us the opportunity to stay at the hotel the last day and hang out instead of spending the day at the airport! We were on the bus for 2 hrs at a time with 20 to 40 minutes to see the sights and have a bathroom break. Perhaps if we had box lunches we would have more time sightseeing. Too main meals in a day was too time consuming and too much heavy food. Would have been nice to have had more time in Sedona. Heard so much about it but had little time time there.

We booked the trip with 3 couples, the billing was very confusing, it was never broken out by couple always one invoice that as payments were made by each couple - they were deducted. At one point one couple paid the entire invoice by mistake. Also, only one person received some of the communications instead of each of the 6 individuals. Also the description of the tour was not as good as the tour itself - it seemed like we had a lot of free time, and I was pleased that Insight Actions filled the days with sights to see. The Bus was very comfortable, Mary, our guide was excellant and kept us informed on what we were passing as well as prepared us for the next stop. The stops were well timed so we got to see everything on the schedule. The hotels were very nice, breakfast included helped the day start right. Being with Insight Vacations allowed fast entrance to the Parks - something we never even considered if we drove ourselves
