Hotels were well-located. There was opportunity for free time in each city. The first day in Rome seemed to be quite full, though actually the afternoon and evening activities were optional extras. In retrospect, I shouldn't have chosen this tour as I have mobility issues and use a walker, so I would suggest that anybody with similar problems should do some research before booking, especially if travelling by themselves, as I did. However, I was prepared to miss out on some of the included activities if necessary--*Personal information removed by Feefo*, the tour director, was extremely helpful in giving me information on terrain. For instance, I asked her about going to Pompeii and between us we decided that I would find it difficult to tour the site, but I could manage the coach ride. I ended up doing most of the optional activities, with some restrictions, especially in Venice. The water taxis were the most challenging aspect! *Personal information removed by Feefo* said I was NOT going on a gondola--which I'd decided before I left home. I also missed out on the guided walk in Venice because of the bridges with steps. Instead I wandered around the area and did some people-watching. This was my first organised tour since using the walker and I now realise that I need to do more research on any future holidays. The coach driver was always cheerful and never complained about having to put my walker in the locker underneath. It was always out ready for use by the time I got off the coach. Both he and *Personal information removed by Feefo* went above and beyond what was expected of them. Any tour depends on the driver, the tour director and also the passengers to make or break it and everybody made it an enjoyable time.

Much to see and so. Very well planed out and executed nicely. Tour Guide *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was extremely nice and very personable. Watching him work, and taking care of 30 plus individuals was a delight. He was well versed in the local language and an encyclopedia of current culture and information. My wife and I enjoyed every minute in his presence. Hats off to *Personal information removed by Feefo*.

We were able to experience all the "must see" sights of the three areas as well as getting a good feel for Italian culture and food while also having some time to explore on our own. Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Our family of 3 generations, teens to seniors, all enjoyed it very much.

The 10 day Easy Pace Italy tour was the most amazing experience ever! The Travel Director, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the best. She was highly knowledgeable of all the cities we visited and she made the entire vacation enjoyable and hassle free. We didn't have to wait in long lines to enter the Vatican, Coliseum, and museums. The coach bus was very roomy and comfortable on the trips between cities. Will absolutely use Insight Vacation again.

I loved this tour! First time touring with a group oversees. We hit many highlights of the area and had plenty of time to explore more on our own, or just rest and enjoy. Our guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* and driver were top notch! Our accomadations were very comfortable including our coach bus and I felt really safe with our local guides. Very special memories made with my daughter.
