Exhilerating Experience! From the start of my booking to the return home, I received top-notch care and service! The booking agent, *Personal information removed by Feefo* listened to my needs and answered all of my questions. Our guide, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was phenomenal! He was a wealth of information, had a great sense of humor, was professional, always a few steps ahead of what needed to be taken care of, and is a compassionate being. Several of us noticed how he was kind to everyone, from people he has worked with to strangers he encountered to all of the animals we saw. We are looking forward to another Trafalgar tour soon. And I want to do this tour again with my husband next time! Perfect for all fitness levels!

The Eco tour in Costa Rica was fantastic. Our TD, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was also amazing providing us with information and humor. We would highly recommend this tour for people who love nature. Occasional long bus rides but worth it to see the conservation areas.

Great Communication! Trafalgar was waiting for us after we stepped off the plane. We never were without help to navigate any aspect of the trip. Communication was exceptional and the accommodation was always well-vetted. Excellent service. Wildlife encounters were many. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and very organized. Food was always fresh, flavorful and plentiful. Weather was very unpredictable.

Superb Costa Rica ecoadventure - unforgettable!! Excellent on-the-ground staff who know the area and sites well. Quick answers to any of our questions before departure. Absolutely perfect - saw so much wildlife and rain forests. Nesting and hatching turtles were the highlights. I highly recommend this trip to everyone. The accommodations, food, and, best of all, the travel director and driver were all wonderful. This was our second Trafalgar tour (the first was great too) and we are already looking for our next Trafalgar tour.

Off the beaten path with an expert guide. From start to finish, every detail upon landing was managed impeccably by our tour director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*. He managed our group with great care, sharing his knowledge of culture, history and wildlife. We concluded the tour wishing our tour director could guide our future trips with Trafalgar. The itinerary is nicely paced staying two nights in Tortuguero and Monteverde. Tortuguero is not easy to reach which made it even more special. We especially enjoyed meeting the locals at the various stops. It felt like every stop was a Be My Guest experience. Highly recommend the white water rafting optional.

Exceptional tour. Everything about our tour with Trafalgar was exceptional from the greeting at the airport to the farewell. We were blessed to have *Personal information removed by Feefo* as our tour guide in Costa Rica. I believe *Personal information removed by Feefo* was the reason our tour was so wonderful and Trafalgar is fortunate to have such a gifted tour guide. If you are considering a tour of Costa Rica - choose the Eco tour. The itinerary was exactly what we hoped for. We explored the jungle, waterways, mountains and local farms. Our guide, who was from Costa Rica and a naturalist, provided so much supplemental information.

INSIGHT INTO COSTA RICA. Our tour guide *Personal information removed by Feefo* was fantabulous: very knowledgeable in Costa Rica's plants, animals, culture, customs and history. He was willing to answer any questions we had about the country. He was always positive but honest, had a good sense of humor and personable. The bus driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, was a skillful driver, always prompt and helpful in getting our luggage to where it needed to be. The extra 'side trips' (fruit market, ice cream stop and banana plantation) were an unexpected bonus. Everywhere we went was educational about the people, the culture and the country. Both educational and fun. The group size was 31, perfect for getting to interact with everyone at some point in the trip.

Overall a great experience. Our tour guide, Viktor was phenomenal! Our bus driver was very competent! The itinerary was fantastic. We had a slight issue with our room. We had 3 beds the first 3 night then had to share the last 3 nights.
