A Taste of the Southwest. The trip was very well planned out and the schedule was closely followed. We covered 1500 miles and traveled through 4 states seeing National Parks, mountains, reservations and deserts. Our guide, Tasha was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Would have liked more time at the Grand Canyon to explore on our own. Price of the trip was good for the offerings. Accommodations in Moab and Santa Fe were excellent!

Very good trip! Itinerary was very good; guide was very knowledgeable; driver was excellent (in some difficult conditions). Hotel and meals were good; I appreciate the awareness of my vegetarian needs and the extra accomodations that were done. Overall all stops were good. I would have appreciated more time in Arches National Park to allow for more hiking and admiring the beauty. Only drawback was problem with adjustments on the first day. With late start from Scottsdale, both the Sedona time and Grand Canyon background lecture were shortened, and that was unnecessary if handled better.

Eloise Kavanaugh   -  Traveled, November 2019

We had a very good tour director. And an excellent motor coach driver. Both of these made us feel safe and have fun at the same time. The last day the only thing they did was drive us to the airport so it really did not count as a day of the trip to me. That was the only negative thing. I mentioned in the last segment that the last day was only the drive to the airport and it counted as the 9th day of our trip.

Fabulous trip to Canyonlands! Fabulous trip in Colorful Trails of the Southwest. Our tour guide, TASHA, was beyond outstanding and even though she has worked for TRAFALGAR for several years, she bonded with our group wonderfully. This was a great experience for us as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We saw many of the places that we have always wanted to see and several that we did not know about that TRAFALGAR knows are fabulous.

The tour when to great places, the Tour director was excellent and the options were great. COMMENT TO TRAFALGAR MANAGEMENT: Over the past few years you've dropped a few tours, such as Rt. 66. I find when telling people about my great Trafalgar Tours and the itinerary people have never heard of Trafalgar or motor coach tours. you need to do a better job marketing your excellent product. My wife and I just completed our 8th tour and are looking to doing at least 1 in 2019 but are running out of places in the USA where you still have trips. The itinerary was great the the hotels we stayed at were top notch and the food at all of the dinners was very good plus the tour guide and coach driver were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

It was really enjoyable. Our tour director and our driver were very good. The places we stayed and the meals we had we very good. We saw a lot of places. It was all planned out for us. It was just a little too fast paced. Some places we could have spent more time seeing and a couple of things we could have skipped.

Nancy Mcilvaine   -  Traveled, May 2019

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and quick to take care of all of our needs. I would like to see name tags have last names as well as first names. As a single, it makes it easier to put names on faces. The first Trafalgar trip I went on, we had a brand new bus with leather seats that our driver kept immaculate inside and out. He really set a high standard. The seats on this bus weren't consistent with being comfortable. Wasn't quite as much to do on this trip. Living in the East with wall to wall people, the spaciousness of this part of the country is remarkable.

Frederick Shatto   -  Traveled, April 2019

Great tour host and coach driver. Excellent selection of sites to visit and friendly tour mates. One negative was the requirement to stay an extra day to make flight connections. Would have been nice to have had time to walk through the ruins at Mesa Verde.

Janet  -  Traveled, April 2019

Greatest tour of the Southwest! This is the second time that I have taken this trip because Trafalgar offered the very trip I wanted again—a tour around the Four Corners area of the American Southwest. The tour guide, Tasha, was super in that she blended great people skills with humor and knowledge to present the information needed to appreciate what we were seeing outside the motor coach windows and in person. In a few years I’ll be ready to take this tour again! The tour took me to the places I wanted to visit in the American Southwest and made them fresh and new.
