Once in a lifetime holiday, definitely highly recommend. We had people on the tour who were vegetarian and lactose intolerant, and we had no problems with our meals. Our tour director Carolyn made sure that we were accounted for on every tour. She was also very approachable, and her knowledge was outstanding. The bus driver was also very helpful and friendly. It was very accommodating to everyone. The tours were absolutely amazing. Places and sights we never thought we would see.

Enjoyable, informative holiday. Our tour guide was very informative and professional. Made sure we were we needed to be on time. Our coach driver was excellent. Also very helpful when getting off coach. We really liked the tour of the Christmas markets. Especially the markets in Salsburgh. We found the town tour guides very informative. While talking to some of the other guests on tour, they would have liked to stay in Salsburgh for a longer period of time. Thought Innsbruck was simply pictures perfect.

I think what made the trip was the fantastic group we were with and our amazing tour director *personal info removed by Feefo* The itinerary was good and the ability to choose which optional extra was great. The cities we visited we had been to before but in summer so the contrast was great. Gluwein warms the soul and the varied sausages were interesting.

Very fun experience. The Vienna markets were the most crowded, too crowded. Salzburg was very nice. Munich during the week was less crowded and enjoyable. Dachau was an excellent side trip. Lucerne was a great couple of days. ************ was an excellent tour guide. Bus driver was excellent as well.
