I have used Trafalgar a few times and will continue to do so. Great hotels with good locations. Restaurants in hotels were excellent. Comfort on tour buses were fair. Our tour director and bus drivers were excellent. The itinerary was fair. Included tours were just ok. Trafalgar European tours included local dinner restaurants, often with entertainment that we have experienced in past.

Don't miss out on the Polynesian Culture Center excursion! It was stunning. The accommodations were great! There were a lot of tours to go on and see the sights. The guide was very knowledgeable. However, upon arrival at the Honolulu airport and when we departed on the last day to the Maui airport, we had to find our own way. There was no bus to take us from the Honolulu airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the Maui airport. On our sundown sail catamaran excursion arranged by Trafalgar we had to find our own transportation back to the hotel after the excursion. Hopefully, Trafalgar will correct those mistakes in the future. The coaches were great AND THE HOTELS WERE EXCELLENT. In the Twin Fin hotel in Waikiki, we had breakfast on the terrace on the 21st floor looking out over the ocean. The food was delicious and the view was one in a million.

Best of Hawaii 10 Day. Wonderful trip. Everything went very smooth. Lots to see and do and time to do different things if you wanted. The porters taking care of our large luggage was such a relief. Remember the Lahaina. It was a wonderful trip. Just wish the events in Maui had not occurred. Prayers for the families. I would ask to plan events that older folks can participate in. And let them know before they arrive what they will be purchasing on a tour.

1st trip to Hawaii, 1st trip with a tour group. Accommodations and meals were, wonderful. Especially the "Be our guest" lunch at an organic farm in the hills of Maui. A beautiful setting for al fresco meal overlooking the valley. The tour guide was great. All of the hotels were on the beach. All of the transportation between island was organized. All we had to do was show up on time for the bus. We didn't have to check in at the hotels or move our check-in luggage all was taken care of by Trafalgar. The buses were comfortable. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyed her job. The buses drivers were very nice and friendly. Everyone I met was friendly. Enjoyed meeting new people from around the states and Australia in our group. The itinerary was diverse. we visited places most people would and enjoy and did not have physical barriers. There were a few places I would have enjoyed seeing but because we traveled in a large bus, we could not access those places, so they were not on the schedule. The hotels were very nice. I enjoyed all of the accommodations. They all had nice restaurants. beautiful pools. The hotels in Maui and the Big Island had beautiful gardens. One hotel had a farmers' market on the premises.

Best trip ever! Harry, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and engaging. The hotel accommodations and daily breakfasts were amazing. Loved everything about the trip. The only suggestion would be to include transportation to and from optional excursions. For our trip, we were responsible for transportation back to the hotel after the excursions. Luckily, Harry, our tour guide, gave suggestions.
