Best of Germany and Austria Great service from the time we booked the trip to after we got home two thumbs up! Very well organized and run. Tour guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo* , did a great job . He kept the group well informed and entertained with his sense of humor and his knowledge of everything that we did during our tour time. We took advantage of all the extras that were offered. The local tour specialists were outstanding and added so much information and color to each place we visited. In my opinion , the relationship of *Personal details removed by Feefo* with the local specialists really enhanced our tour.. Tour guide and the coach driver, *Personal details removed by Feefo* were a great team. *Personal details removed by Feefo* got us to all of our destinations usually ahead of schedule and very professionally which gave us the maximum amount of time at each destination. Between *Personal details removed by Feefo* and *Personal details removed by Feefo* , my wife and I had a great two weeks of the “Best of Germany and Austria”. Every stop, every site and almost every hotel were above our expectations.

Great Tour of Germany & Austria. Great Service. Well- planned. Quite a fast paced tour. Excellent tour guide. Wi-Fi on the bus was not good. Power outlets in the seats would be good. Great mix of optional tours and dinners. This was our first ever organized international tour. We were skeptical that we would enjoy it as we like to do our own thing. We were surprised how much we enjoyed it. Sitting on a bus enjoying the the Europe go by with put driving or having to make all the decisions was great. Well - organized great extra tours. Plenty of history and information. It's pretty fast paced which can be tiring and single nights are difficult. Overall we enjoyed our tour and would do more in the future. Our Guide and driver were fantastic and accommodation were fantastic. The bus has poor Wi-Fi and Europeans hate air-condition n their hotels but this was a minor inconvenience.

It was an excellent tour. Wonderful sites and excursions. One problem was the weather. It was cold and wet at times and a lot of us got sick. That was no one's fault. I had a wonderful time. Food was great. Thank you.

Another Superior Trafalgar Tour. Excellent bus and superior bus driver.....always there for our pick ups at every stop and at every promised pick up. Tour Director Eva was always on top of things and communicated with her guests, we always knew what to expect and when to expect it. Our first Normandy trip in the Spring was cancelled due to it being filled up; therefore, I would encourage all interested parties sign up early. We went early in September due to the Spring cancellation, but the weather was absolutely perfect......as were all the guides.

Highly recommend. Excellent. Guide helped a sick member of the group get back to the hotel and helped me get to the airport on the last day when my prepaid taxi did not show up. All the guide told us was from memory and with enthusiasm and honor where appropriate. Loved the varied modes of transportation, cities, and landscapes. There was something for everyone, and our director and bus driver were fantastic!

Great trip. Well- organized. The trip itself was great. Our biggest frustration was that we booked our airline flights through Trafalgar via our local travel agent, and we were stuck with some layovers that were too short to make connecting flights, and had to change them. We also ended up with a 6-hour layover in Newark on our return trip. 4 hours would have been enough. (No joke.) We knew the planned itinerary in advance, of course, and it was great. So were the optional activities. And most people in our tour did most of them. Our travel director, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, and our driver, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, were absolutely great. We had not traveled with Trafalgar before, and this trip exceeded my most realistic expectations.

Our guide Erik and our bus driver, Mr Z, were the best we have ever had on any of the other tours—both Trafalgar and other company’s tours.
