Switzerland and Austria 2024 Tour. Trafalgar Tour Company was really Fabulous and really valued for money and the company really makes everyone travels matter. The itinerary for Switzerland and Austria was fantastic and really Valued for money….. I only wish that we could spent two or more day in each highlighted cities or locations the itinerary we had…. But definitely I recommend it to anyone who wanted to travel Switzerland and Austria…. And even better of your future Tour Director is *Personal information removed by Feefo*….. she was so fabulous and indeed made everyone travel matters.

Fun amongst the Alps. After 4 excursions with Trafalger, it is still well organized. We liked the fact that we rarely handled our luggage. It was very nice. There were some "hiccups" along the way but *Personal information removed by Feefo* the tour guide handled it well. (she even remembered my birthday!) I will say that there was only air conditioning in one hotel and that was in the nicest hotel (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) when we stayed in Montreux. (View from balcony photo attached) I have to mention *Personal information removed by Feefo*, our coach driver, handled his vehicle perfectly even when going down the winding mountain roads. There was plenty of coach riding. Again, *Personal information removed by Feefo* was well organized by handling the tickets and entry to all the attractions.

Our trip was superb. Our bus was beautiful and we traded seats every day so everyone got to see from every perspective. Our tour guide, *Personal details removed by Feefo* was marvelous. She shared lots of interesting information, had memory contests, with prizes (chocolate), and had a wonderful sense of humor. She made every day fun. Our hotels were beautiful with really delicious breakfast buffets. There was a nice balance of activities and free time. Our fellow tourists were compatible and good sports. We would travel Trafalgar again.

The snow holiday with an 11 out of 10. Nothing to worry about. Fantastic trip with the excellent *Personal information removed by Feefo* as tour director. There was not a thing *Personal information removed by Feefo* did not know and his attention to detail was amazing. His first concern was always the safety and welfare of each member of the tour group. *Personal information removed by Feefo* made the tour a lasting happy and enjoyable memory.

Trafalgar team was outstanding. Trafalgar was wonderful. *Personal information removed by Feefo* and *Personal information removed by Feefo* were wonderful. *Personal information removed by Feefo* used WhatsApp to keep us informed about each day and expectations. *Personal information removed by Feefo* shared so much interesting history and information prior to arrival at the sights. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was always helpful, cared for our luggage and maneuvered the coach in tight areas. Wonderful team. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the travel director, and *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the driver, were wonderful. *Personal information removed by Feefo* sent a pdf everyday outlining the day’s itinerary and the next, including times, weather, expectations, etc. using WhatsApp. Everywhere we went they were expecting us and well prepared. We saw sights we would not have seen had we traveled on our own. We did not need to worry about anything except when to be on the coach. I would highly recommend Trafalgar.

Very tight seating with not enough leg room. Not every seat had phone chargers. Whatever seat that had most of them were not working. Not worth the money. Some hotels were not up to the standard.
