Our guide and driver were excellent. Great communication and she was well prepared. She was relatable and funny. Perfect combination. If you choose all of the excursions, there really isn’t a lot of free time to explore. Nice options however and we weren’t disappointed. The dine around restaurants were excellent.

Wonderful. Great tour guide, wonderful hotels. I cannot say enough great things about InSight Tours. 10/10 recommend! I am already planning my next trip. This was a wonderful trip! I did it alone, and I felt so comfortable! The tour guide was AMAZING! I added on all of the excursions, and still had time to spend sight-seeing alone. I felt like I was able to get to see alot of each country. It was not bad for walking, if you are a little older and have difficulty with hilly walking, some of the excursions may not be the best for you. Overall for price and qaulity, 10/10 recommend!

The tour guides are local and extremely knowledgeable. They are always happy to answer any questions. Booking our tour was easy and we were provided with all of the information we needed. This tour is really easy pace as it suggests. There were some wonderful experiences such as the student violinist in Budapest and the concert in Vienna. There were some really authentic food experiences such as the welcome dinner in Budapest, the Danube cruise and the country dinner mansion just out of Prague. However, the farewell dinner in Prague was very disappointing. The food was very ordinary and the service was atrocious. Our tour guide was wonderful as well as our Hungarian and Viennese local guides however our Czech guide was a bit repetitive and therefore boring. Overall a great tour that I would recommend. We would have preferred the smaller group tour but that was booked out. Perhaps you could consider doing more smaller tours. I know that there were others on our tour who also wanted to do the smaller tour as well.

The Easy Pace format is the best option if you want to enjoy a deeper dive into the cities you visit, with some time to relax. You will not be exhausted and in need of a vacation after your vacation. I would enjoy going on Easy Pace tours of places like Japan, France, Greece, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Egypt, and others. A special hat tip and thanks to our excellent Tour Director. The Easy Pace format allows you to see more of the Central European cities you wanted to see. The only flaw in an entire day lost on the bus, driving...

The local guides brought each historic place to life with their vast knowledge of history combined with their understanding of past and current culture. The tour guide was amazing and understood each person’s needs.

Our bus driver, Mario, was amazing. He could parallel park with these, and I was amazed with his skills. He was friendly and prompt. Tina, our tour guide was a lot of fun to be around. Initially we had an issue where we felt rushed through meals, but we made her aware, and she was much more conscientious. She was efficient and very organized. First of all, easy pace is a misnomer! It is not a trip for people who use walkers or have trouble with steps. To properly see the cities, all walking tours and bus tours should be included and not considered an optional experience. We had terrific guides and got a great overview of each place we visited. Our days started early and ended late, but they were filled with interesting sites and facts. Our tour guide was extremely organized and a delight to be around. The hotels were lovely especially in Vienna. The one in Prague was my least favorite (breakfast was awful) though the location was ideal. I took advantage of the day trip to Dresden Germany and Bratislava, Slovakia. I’m very glad that I went on both excursions! The optional choice to go to the country mansion in Austria, was a waste. It was a tourist trap and the food was lousy. I enjoyed the Danube cruise and gala Viennese concert-both worth adding on.

I have worked with Janet at AAA. She is wonderful! I felt the hotels were not as nice as on or other two trips with Insight. I felt that their were a lot of optional experiences that should have been part of the package. The cities were beautiful, but restaurants that were included in package were not great.

I have used it a few times and I enjoyed the tours very much. Very well organized and the Representatives went always above and beyond. Really recommended. Our Tour Director was exceptional, she was always aware of each guest necessities and very knowledgeable . The Local Guides were very knowledgeable as well. The driver was courteous and always helpful. I would recommend this very highly.

Insight is a good service that bills itself as luxury or four and five star accommodations, however that was not our experience - the hotels and food were generally average - only one hotel out of three was a 4 star experience. Well organized primary itinerary - optional experiences were so-so. Good itinerary where you get to see a lot and have plenty of time to do things at your pace as long as you do not select too many optional experiences. Accommodations are generally just average and food is not the best.

I used a travel agent. I did speak to someone at Insight and she was very nice. Ceský Krumlov Orientation - we were never given one. We were told that we had 2.5 hours to spend here. No guide etc. Even if we wanted to pay as part of an extra tour. I noticed that Rick Steeves company offered a guided tour. Why did we have to stay so long in town with no direction? The dinner we had at the castle (?) we couldn't view because of a wedding. The dinner was fine, but were only given a little history of the area. We didn't get to our hotel in Prague until after 8pm. It would have been nice to skip the town (if we weren't going to get any sort of tour) and get to Prague earlier. Arrange to have dinner in a restaurant closer to the hotel like we did on the last night.

Poor Hotels and locations. Optional trips too many and some should have been included. Eg visit to Sventendre. Finall dinner in Beerhall in Prague was a bad choice.

I found the easy pace tour generally quite good, however it was not long enough in Prague to allow for sightseeing and shopping. I think the tour would better as a 10-12 day tour with the concert in Vienna as part of the standard offering. I did not feel the optional meal experiences were very good, as the food was very basic and the dinners felt rushed. I did not feel they were good value for money. The tour leader was excellent and the bus driver very professional I would recommend this tour to others but would advise against the optional dinner experiences. The itinerary was well paced however there was insufficient time in Prague. I think the best amount of time for this trip would be 11 or 12 days. I understand the price point would change but is the appropriate amount of time to sightsee and shop. I think some of the optional dinners events were very poor and not good value. I would also suggest the concert in Vienna be included in the base tour offering.

Bus drivers are great, Be nice to get final itinerary sooner than <2 weeks, Don’t believe the optional excursions are worth the price. Make sure you do your own research about that you want to see and do before going. Insight guide didn’t know details for places i wanted to visit. There are too many optional tours that should be included instead -i.e. tours of the city, cruise of Budapest at night. The city guides were very good . Wish optional day trips involved tours closer to the cities including concentration camps. Too many touristy events geared only for the tourists like the Mozart/Strauss optional music event, folklore dinner experience and dinner at the “hard ROck Cafe’ like place.
