Great service provided by Nile Cruise, bus drivers and some local guides. My Egyptologist / Tour Director in Cairo was fantastic. Some transfer assistants can be more warm and certain Egyptologist can be less political, radical and share more about local life and interact more with us. Overall, satisfied with most of service. You will see the best of Egypt on this tour which is just enough for the main highlights. I absolutely loved the Nile Cruise, so luxurious, elegant, cared for and beautiful. All the sights were just magnificent as if I travelled back in time and we were blessed with great weather, albeit hot! I highly enjoyed the Karnak, Luxor and Philae Temples while the high tea at Old Cataract Hotel where Agatha Christie and Winston Churchill stayed was really charming too. In Cairo, I loved the old and new museums which gives more context to the pyramids and tombs. All and all, highly recommended as it's a once in a lifetime magical journey and experience you must have!!!

All guides, drivers, cruise staff and Insight staff on location were excellent. It was well paced - sightseeing in morning when weather cooler and a chance to rest in the hottest part of the day.

Our tour guide, van driver and all the staff on the cruise were wonderful. We got so much personal attention. Our tour guide even helped my grandson with his phone on his camera--now he is a pro. I cannot say enough about this trip. I have been to over 50 countries and have been on many tours and this is one of the best. We got to see so many things. The pacing was perfect.

The waiters on the river cruise and our guides were wonderful. Can not fault the service at all. Things I would change: The "high" tea at the hotel was pointless. We went for tea at 5pm and returned to the ship just in time for dinner, which made no sense. And, we already spend a lot of time with our traveling group. Being forced to sit together for a couple of hours at the hotel was not necessary. Also, we were in direct sunlight sitting outdoors while at the hotel. Also, the itinerary said the trip ended on May 9th. So, we made travel arrangements for the 10th. The trip actually ended early afternoon on the 8th. So, we could have made travel arrangements a day earlier rather than paying for another night in the expensive Marriott Cairo. Otherwise the trip was fine. Very much what we expected.

Wonders of Egypt Tour was fantastic! First of all, our tour guide Adel was outstanding. He is a very knowledgeable Egyptologist and constantly gave us tremendous insight on ancient Egyptian culture. He looked after his group with great care and even helped a few of us with medical needs which is above and beyond what a normal tour guide would do. If we go back to Egypt, I will definitely want him to be our tour guide. All of our transfers on buses, planes and boats were timely and flawless. Insight provided A+ treatment to our tour group. Our accommodations were excellent. Seeing the ancient Egyptian antiquities was a once in a lifetime experience, we will never forget. Gary and Lorin Keating September, 2023 We saw so much. A once in a lifetime experience. We will never forget.
