*Personal information removed by Feefo* was amazing. He worked hard to take care of every issue and made us feel very safe. This was a good itinerary with a nice mix of free time and group time. None of our group wanted to do the red cross museum. I suggest making an alternative for the Patek museum!

Really good tour, although we got stuck on trains on two occasions and the hotel staff in Grindelwald didn't view the tour as actual guests and were quite rude at breakfast.

We were especially impressed by Travel Director's efforts to ensure our dietary requirements were accommodated at every hotel, he personally followed up to make sure everything was sorted, which added a level of comfort and ease that we truly appreciated. This was our first time traveling with Insight Vacations, and after such an amazing experience, it certainly won't be our last. The itinerary is amazing however I would recommend for anyone travelling to arrive a day before tour starts and leave a day after tour ends so you don't feel rushed especially if you're travelling from another country.

Being our second time with Insight Vacations, the first was in September 2019 (Amazing Spain & Portugal) and in December 2024 (Magical Switzerland), I would highly recommend its services. It attends to everyone's need/s during the entire trip. The Tour Manager and the Driver were both competent and were very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience for us to have our very first white Christmas. Our accommodations for the entire tour were all beyond our expectations, with their services, foods and ambiance.
