Grand European, fantastic tour Brilliant service. Their guides and drivers are very professional. Well organized, comfortable buses, a pleasant tour. It was a well organized trip and our tour guide and bus driver (*Personal information removed by Feefo* & *Personal information removed by Feefo*) were the best. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was a really good tour guide which helped everyone and he looked after us all. *Personal information removed by Feefo*, the bus driver was an exceptional driver. I don’t know how they do it through tight spots. Thank you to you both. We loved our trip.

Worry -Free1 Our tour director and coach driver were crucial in making our experience special and memorable. Anything we needed for any reason, our director went above and beyond to make it happen. My luggage was always managed by our trustworthy driver and tour staff so I didn’t have to worry about it and the hotel accommodation exceeded expectations. It was an itinerary that provided a full schedule with lots to see and do. This was made possible by doing all the ‘extras’ that were offered. I did every extra and have no regrets. I got to see and experience so much more by doing this and that was exactly what I wanted from this trip of a lifetime. It was great to have the choice to either enjoy the cities or places yourself at your own speed or be whisked away to a fabulous event that only enhanced the experience.

Trafalgar is the absolute best way to travel. They organize every little thing, and everything is top quality. All hotels were excellent, as was the food. We went to amazing places. Our Tour Director and Bus driver were both wonderful, and also the second one whilst our first one had a two day break. I will definitely have my next overseas trip with Trafalgar and recommend to all my friends. Many thanks *Personal information removed by Feefo*. I have lots of photos on my Facebook page ( *Personal information removed by Feefo*), or group especially created for my tour called *Personal information removed by Feefo* European Tour 2024x

A whirlwind tour of Europe in 21 days. The tour director and coach driver looked after us from the start of the tour until the end. They made you feel welcome at every stop and were always making sure we all got on the coach everyday. Everything was well organized with early access to certain palaces and other places. For a 21 day tour, we saw a lot! There were times where we wanted some extra time in a place to take in the surroundings, but due to the times for traffic and crowds we can understand why our tour director (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) did this. Our group was a great group from around the world and all got on so well together. Because it's fast paced you need to be able to keep up when walking around the cities and some of us had issues with this. We missed key points on certain places at certain times. Just an idea for future groups, maybe have a city visit brochure with all the places that Trafalgar visit so you can remember what you actually visited! We have 1500 photos to go through and lucky we have location app on. Definitely recommend this tour, you will see a lot. Shout out to *Personal information removed by Feefo* who drove us with such care around Europe.

My Grand European Tour May 24. The tour was great. I feel very strongly that the information given prior to the tour is not detailed enough an example : I'm in a manual wheelchair and have a physical disability which limits me to walk. Had I known that each day was going to be a 16hr day and be physically taxing i may have decided to do another tour instead. I took a support worker with me to assist me in areas needed, without this support worker, travel director *Personal information removed by Feefo* and bus driver *Personal information removed by Feefo* everything wouldn't have worked out so well. I feel like I have had a great opportunity to see Europe and I am so thankful. I would be grateful if someone from Guest Services could contact me to discuss further options for people with disabilities. My contact details are *Personal information removed by Feefo* or email *Personal information removed by Feefo* The tour is generally great! The information people are given about it before hand is not detailed enough. It does not tell you that the days generally go for 16 hours and that you have very limited time off. Also, I am in a wheelchair but I decided to do the tour because I can walk, however I had no idea how hard it would be. I don't regret it but it would have been good to know what to expect. If someone from guest services would contact me I am happy to provide more info. *Personal information removed by Feefo* was outstanding!

Excellent tour! Great value for money! Excellent service! Our tour director, *Personal information removed by Feefo* is very knowledgeable and organised, had great recommendations, and really made everything easy and enjoyable for the group. Our coach drivers were fantastic! Great itinerary, well paced, though I would reconsider the included Paris city tour - the tour of the Latin quarter was a waste of time - given all the fantastic sights in Paris, a tour of old streets and 'oldest tree', was really a massive let down.
